Recently bought a house and the carpets had visible stains, but to the dismay of my OCD self, I found not-so-visible stains with a black light. Chatted with Norbert, who was very kind and patient with my questions. Responses were quick too. Scheduled a deep steam clean and tile clean. Kevin arrived on time, also texted beforehand to let me know when he was on his way, which I appreciated. I was impressed on his professionalism and the way he immediately started surveying the floors. I didn't have any furniture to move and only had the tile cleaned with water instead of using chemicals, which was recommended by Kevin to save me some money. House was still new-ish, so the tile and grout still looked good. Overall, it was $400 for my 2400sqft one-story home. I expected a higher price because in my mind, the carpets were horrid, but maybe it wasn't that bad. ALL of the stains were removed, tile was cleaned and I couldn't be happier. The carpets turned out great even though they are 15 years old and our 25 year old furniture came out looking new, and they are tone on tone white! We were so pleased with his service we begged him to bring his cleaning service to us in Carmichael, CA, which he reluctantly agreed to. It is almost 3 hours of driving one way. The carpets were a huge challenge a family with 6 children lived in our home for 10 years. The carpets look amazing compared to what they looked like previously. We had about 3 years worth of traffic and build up on the carpets, so you could imagine the traffic and other stains that were built up within the carpet. When Norbert came out to clean the carpets, he wasn't sure if he would be able to get all of the traffic stains out, but he identified he would do his best. As it turned out, all of the stains were removed and the carpet came out very clean. After a month, there were no spots were the traffic stains came back. I did have a a large stain on my light colored carpet in my office from a leak in my printer. The stain happened after I had made the appointment therefore did not inform Norbert of this stain. He came and cleaned my carpets but did not have the product he needed with him and said he would be back. He returned and as promised removed the black ink. I wanted to pay him or at least tip him. I called to request a quote and cleaning and Norbert was not able to come on the day we originally planned due to the weather conditions, but he was able to squeeze me into his schedule the following day. However I was not able to be there, but he was familar with letting himself in and was fantastic with communication! He cleaned my furniture as well as carpet and did a fantastic job and was able to remove a couple tough stains from the furniture and carpet as well.
