I had such a great first-time experience with this Dry Cleaners, I am going back to them for everything! I dropped all of my horrendously wrinkled and dirty clothes, and they came back sparkling- it was like I had a new wardorbe. Awesome! The woman who worked there was very nice and she even did a complimentary hem on the lining of my skirt! She said she noticed that the lining was a bit too long and it might show when I walked, so she just went ahead and did it for no charge! Super-friendly staff, clean clothes and money in my pocket! I'll admit that I've not shopped around a lot with dry cleaners, but when I find something I like, I don't see the need to. I've gone to Heaven's Morning for dry cleaning, but also to have dress slacks hemmed, a skirt altered, and a dress taken in. All the work was done beautifully and promptly. I also am a big fan of the woman who runs the shop -- she is extremely sweet, friendly, and talented. The location is pretty convenient too -- just a block down from the Belmont stop on Sheffield. Consistently felt under-serviced as a customer. Dry cleaning takes significantly longer than any other cleaner I've ever been to. Always trying to push back the "ready" date. Recently brought a white shirt that "had nothing she could do" to get a stain out. Brought it down the street to a separate cleaners that got the stain out that day! Disappointing service but my shirts, pants and suits always did come out looking nice. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Would not recommend overall. read more

Completely ruined a dress I took in for a very simple seam job that I should have just done myself. The dry cleaning is also very mediocre and the prices and time to complete the dry cleaning/tailoring is too long to be worth going to. Took in a dress to be re-seamed on the back arm parts and have two blouses to be dry cleaned. The dry cleaning looked like it simply went through a washer dryer and she completely ruined my dress. Instead of simply fixing the seam she did a crazy zig zag pattern that was totally visible. I took to another Dry Cleaners for them to fix the dress, taking out the seams she did will create huge holes so they have to completely alter the dress to make it wearable. The new dry cleaners I went to said they have never seen such terrible work before. I felt silly relying on the Yelp reviews that said she was great with tailoring. It's a waste to go here unless you want clothes ruined. Platinum Dry Cleaners is a bit far but it does an AMAZING job and is less expensive. I'd give zero stars to this place if I could. Hopefully this review saves someone the trouble I went through! read more

I've brought in items for both tailoring (a bridesmaids dress, pants with fallen hem) and cleaning and my father brings in his suits he leaves here. (He stays with me when he is in town for consulting work) They always do a great job with both the cleaning and tailoring. I like that, since I have occasionally picked up my dad' suits for him, the woman know we are family and knows our name. When I come in, she is already reaching for our items before I say my name or show a receipt. I like when local businesses remember their regulars. It makes me want to be loyal and it is always a pleasant experience at Heaven's Morning. read more

I have brought several dresses and suit pieces here to be tailored. One was a bridesmaid dress, so I was pretty particular about it, and everything turned out perfectly. The owner does a fantastic job, and it's helpful if you try on the clothes first to be sure the fit is right prior to alterations. I would trust her with any tailoring project, and I highly recommend Heaven's Morning to anyone looking for solid, reliable, professional tailoring.
