The Monthly Unlimited is a good value if you like to keep your car looking great. I almost never add the interior cleaning because it's slipshod and expensive. Before Covid, the exterior-only service included staff doing a quick final wipe of side mirrors and any remaining water. That never returned after Covid ended. Took my car in today to have the interior and exterior cleaned. I paid for their #1 option plus for the rubber floor mates to be cleaned. What I will say, my complaint should of been address before I drove off. Word of advise for anyone who will take their car there, be sure to examine your car before you pull off to ensure you are getting what you paid for. There was still dust, crumbs and dirty in my vehicle. I have left photos of my back seat and one door. But all doors were still dusty, my front sets still didn't look like they were wiped down and my dash board didn't look wiped down either. I was at the Roseville MN location just about 5:45 pm today. After I got in my car and while on my way home, I could see how bad the inside of my wind shield was. It was dirty - basically the only reason I went in the first place to your location - don't you clean vehicles? I spent the last 30 minutes cleaning all the glass on the inside and outside of my car because so much just wasn't clean. There is no way in freaking hell that this would be acceptable for the manager's car, and if it is, good luck. Last year my wife asked me if I wanted the unlimited membership and I declined, because I thought we should save our money. Boy am I glad we did. I have visited this exact location for YEARS. This is the first time in my current car. $50+ dollars for me to have to finish cleaning windows? Yeah right. But hey, what should I have expected for $50 bucks. I guess not $50 worth of services. Thanks, I really had a great time - although it was sunny outside so it was especially easy to see what was still dirty. AND!!! I have had a membership for a few years. I get unlimited car washes and owning a black car means that I really use it. I wouldn't consider mister car wash if you just need an occasional car wash. You really have to be committed to get your moneys worth. I have been to a few locations throughout the twin cities and Roseville is my favorite. The staff are great, quick, efficient, and do the best (in my opinion of all the locations) at cleaning the interior. read more

I paid for the most expensive package online possible and had to pay more to have the floor mats pressure washed when I showed up. They put them back in soaking wet and didn't vacuum around the sides of the seats. When they were going to drive my car around to bring it through the wash, I was patiently waiting in the waiting room. I glanced out the window at my car and saw it lurch forward and stop abruptly (it's a stick shift) and the taller young white male employee with more blonde hair was attempting to drive my car in very close proximity to multiple other cars. He started the car again and crept forward, then lurched again, stopping a few feet short of another car in line for the wash. I ran outside and the other two employees out there were laughing that he was failing to drive my car. This could have ended very bad, not only for my car, but for someone else's car. I drove my car through the wash myself and was disappointed in the interior portion of the service after checking all of it. You could not pay me the nearly 50$ I spent to go back. read more

I am a regular customer. The wash is excellent and the customer service is excellent. The only part of the experience that I dread is exiting onto County Road B when a car being serviced is parked in such a way that I cannot see any oncoming traffic. PLEASE figure out a solution to this! read more

Never again will I come here. My floor mats were still wet lots of spots on the outside. Windows had wet streaks and when I asked them if they could please vacuum the inside they said they did but when I checked there was still stuff on and between the seats. I like having to just drive through for the exterior at this location. Just a skeleton crew is great. They always employed lots of teens which is great to see. I watched folks get in my car and do something but it doesn't appear that they care for the details much. It was very busy and there were many working but I don't feel that the quality was there. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Don't waste your time going here. I was a little skeptic when I pulled in and asked for pricing. The lady who assisted me basically started typing in my vehicle information when I was still asking for pricing. After she unsuccessfully tried to sell me their unlimited car wash package I proceed with the platinum package of the full car with interior cleaning. As you see in the pictures below, this is how they left my car, and they said it was complete. As soon as I left the car wash, I had a feeling that everything just happened too fast for my vehicle to be cleaned. I pulled over just to inspect my vehicle, and was quite disappointed at what I found. I brought my vehicle back and requested to speak to a manager, which you can see all the employees snickering and laughing about the whole situation, as if it was a joke. We have lives here, we don't have time to just come there to look at you guys play around with our vehicles. Perhaps if you change the way, you did your service, you wouldn't have a two star rating. Glad I didn't get swayed to get the unlimited package. The Downtowner in Saint Paul went straight downhill after they took it over but this location is even worse. The $38 car wash (the "platinum") including interior gets you... a dirtier car with a lot of soap left inside. The wash lost power a couple times while I was inside so the line just got longer. The inside of the waiting area smells terrible. My rear view mirror was somehow knocked off and barely put back on the mount. Fell off while I was driving and scared the crap out of me. Placed it back the way it should lock in. I repeat, don't go here you've been warned. Really makes you miss living on the westside for Waterwerks / Mermaid. Or go with the touchless passes from Holiday... but this... there are FAR better ways to spend $38. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS MISTER. For context I worked at mister car wash about 2 years, however this location would not let me vacuum or drive my car through the tunnel myself. They told me that they have gotten more strict on their policies and procedures, however when I watched them clean my car they did everything different from procedures and were very unprofessional. I understand not being able to vacuum it myself but I was a driver when I was at mister and never heard of ANYONE not allowing someone TO DRIVE THEIR OWN CAR. I had to remind the employees at the end to use the correct towels when wiping my windshield and had to show them spots they missed or made worse. So if you are looking to waste $30-$60 then go ahead get your car washed. If you want an actually car wash go to a gas station and use your own towels, it will be better quality, cheaper, and more professional. read more

This morning. Check out the lower part of the front bumper. 4 out of 5 times this happens. 4/13/2019. Again today rush through the drying. Mirrors not dryer. Rear bumper not wiped down. The guy ahead of me, they didn't bother to wipe the rear bumper at at. I went back to speak to the manager and he didn't seem like he cared to much. All he say was we do the best we can with time allowed. I heard that at least three times. It wasn't t exactly rush hour there and what it looks like is, rush the cars through, so we can stand around and look cool in our dark sunglasses. I've been coming to this wash for 20 years at least and the last year here has not been good. Most of the time I just chalk it up to bad help. I just got an exterior wash and it was alright. A little more expensive than a touchless car wash, but this one has all the scrubbers if your really trying to get some grime off. The person doing the pre-spray only did half my car so I'm not sure what was going on with that. I was hoping that the scrubbers would take some of the dirt off my car but you could still see the windshield wiper outlines on the windshield. Overall it was quick and my car was clean, but I feel like my car gets just as clean at other places for a lot cheaper. A car wash with wax was $17. read more

We went to Mister to see if a simple car wash could help, but the kind workers went above and beyond to remove the mess. OK this is the second bad experience that I have had at this location and I only been there twice the first time I went there my car something was stolen out of it I called I spoke with the manager. He said he was going to investigate. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt And try them again 30 days later now today when I go there my car is half clean my windows are not properly cleaned and I am a member and I also pay extra to get my interior clean. This is really ridiculous that you're paying for something and you're not getting your moneys worth your employees are expecting tips from the customers but they're not doing the job properly to receive a tip so that means you guys need to either raise the wage or maybe you need to have a car detailing class because this is ridiculous. I read the reviews on Yelp prior to going over to this location. Most were unfavorable, but I decided to give it a try. Sadly, it appears that the reviews saying that they leave a ton of soap on your car at the end are true. I've had better car washes at Holiday stations. My car is darker in color so when you leave soap it is really noticeable. There are live people wiping down the car, yet they left all kinds of soap all around the lower part of the vehicle (and I mean a lot!). The window are all spotty and the car actually looked worse than before I went in, as I had it washed at another Mister earlier in the week (without the wiper people). I had signed up for the unlimited wash club. Unfortunately, I will be canceling the membership and looking for another car wash. read more

The vacuuming was especially horrible - the carpet edges near the seats were completely ignored. The dusting and wiping if the interior were minimal.
