Went in looking for a vape pen; the woman working there was helping another customer, so I had a couple of minutes to browse. Good selection of glass, plenty of smoking supplies like pipes and cones. DO NOT SHOP HERE: THEY KNOWINGLY SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS AND REFUSE REFUNDS I bought a Puff Plus at heavenz because I was shocked to see them going for $10. On my way home, I realized it tasted awful, and that the color on the packaging was off. I then proceeded to go to puffsalts.com to authenticate the product by entering the verification code provided on the packaging, and it came back negative. When I went to the store after for a refund, the young guy behind the desk got aggressive, laughed in my face, and said he wouldn't refund me. He pushed a finger in my face and demanded I respect him.. after selling me a product that could kill me. He also refused to take down the other counterfeit products from the wall, and smiled as he openly admitted that nothing would happen to them. I asked him to test one in front of me off the wall and he still refused. So, I called the Salem police department. They sent two officers to come and take my information so I could file a report, and the store manager caved and gave me my money back. Don't shop here, absolutely terrible and predatory business practices. Smokers choice is the only spot I'm going to go from here on out, all of their products I've bought test positive. read more

So far, each time I've gone in here (one was to buy a new mod/plus batteries, etc) and the other to buy juice, I've had nothing but a positive experience. The woman who owns the place is always there, always friendly and helpful. She's a small business owner who understands that time/effort and paying attention to her customers needs are integral to staying afloat. I'll be coming back here every time I need something new. I recently visited a vape shop in Nashua where I felt the person working kind of brushed me off and didn't answer my questions, probably because I was looking for Juul compatible pods rather than vape cartridges or liquid. I wasn't super satisfied with his product recommendations or how I was treated. Fast forward to today, I decided to check this place out. The guy working (wish I got his name) was so helpful and HONEST! He didn't brush me off, he answered all my questions, he didn't seem to be annoyed by me, and most importantly - his recommendation is so far the best Juul compatible pod I've had so far. Beware!!! Not only is this place completely overpriced but they lack any kind of knowledge in the vape world so if you are new to it do not trust them. They sold me a unit that did not go together and then would not take it back or replace it. Now after being stuck with it and having to buy a new tank elsewhere I am finding out that the eLeaf iStick they sold be is not even real, it is a fake and stopped working. I found this out when trying to get it replaced through eLeaf directly. Very bad business and untrustworthy. read more
