No issue with the store itself, however, huge issue with the return policy. It stated no returns…read morebut all examples of defective merchandise point to reasons that are of misuse. I purchased a product which did not work from opening the package, not misuse. After refusing to exchange it, they said I had to go through the manufacturer. Called them in CA - nope, they're not the right ones. Had to call elsewhere. Called them, yes they will exchange only after filling out a warranty form and returning it at my cost. I didn't want it sent to my house - they would gladly send it to the store for pickup. Called Moonlight - nope they won't do that. Wtf kind of customer service is that?? AND they hung up on me when I got frustrated. Wasted over an hour getting the runaround. Never ever do business with this store unless you're willing to eat the cost of defective merchandise they sell.

I was very skeptical walking into this place, but was greeted by a very sweet young girl and a…read morethicker good looking Spanish women. Making me feel as if I was a customer for years. (not to mention she was A TINY VERY HOT BLONDE WITH A GREAT BODY) I believe she went by the name of Sky not too sure of the others name maybe Mara or Miah. They briefly explained to me the modeling they do for you after your purchase in the store. The women gave me a choice of what model I'd like to see, after I chose I was taken to a private room, where Sky explained everything to me. She left the room put on an out-fit and music, and was amazed with the show I received when she walked back in. This place is defiantly worth tipping the girls well. It's no contact, but it's like I found my own heaven here on earth!

The others in our party felt welcomed as well, sitting in a comfortable fitting room, chatting and learning, feeling happy in such a positive atmosphere. Our shopper needed some much sought after work and casual clothes for an often hard-to-fit body type, but Chelsea really found some pieces that worked beautifully and our shopper felt very excited and happy. She can't wait to return to find more clothes that really fit so well. Kudos to Chelsea for creating such a positive experience and building such a strong desire to return.

Like all torrid locations the price can be a little hefty I recommend signing up for text messages and going when they have good sales.
