They have everything and more. I went in for a vape and came out with a full bag of items. The three guys that work there, (1 was a manager Billy), are so knowledgeable and nice. I'm glad I looked around and saw everything they have as I didn't know some of the stuff even existed. One item I have been wanting I did not know what it was called and very poorly described it. They had it and it was the same price I paid years ago. Some items they sell: kratom in powder, capsules, drinks. Exotic foods meaning Doritos from China without all the junk the United States allows companies to put in it., shroom bags, $6 rolling trays (and up), kava drinks/items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!! I bought a vape a week ago. I open it and it wouldn't turn on. I brought it back. It was my last vape. They would not let me exchange it because it has been a week. I buy mine in bulk because I am not in the area. What am I suppose to do, try every vape that I buy that day. This was a brand new brand to me. I will never shop there again. I went straight to Smokers Haven. I was impressed. They had my brand and a huge selection. Only con is they are $5 more but it was worth it. Great customer service. At the wild side, they don't care about a loyal customer. They aren't very helpful in all aspects. Trust me. Bought 2x of the same vape battery on the recommendation of the person at the counter. After 2 weeks only held charge for 2 hours. Went in to ask who I could talk to about product failure and got a lot of blown smoke, including nonfunctional email contacts for the "corporate" Wild Side business. So I walked into this place last week and I ended up buying a Diamond Water-Pipe for $120 and a pouch for $20, pricier than I wanted, but I was assured it was "a killer piece". When I got home I realized the slide piece that goes into the water pipe was chipped and when I went back today to get a replacement, I expected to get one for free. While I was waiting to speak to the employee (a different guy), he was giving a sales pitch to some younger gentlemen. I soon realized that these guys are salesmen. He was pretty pushy with the younger guys and they ended up walking out. The employoee eventually got to me, and I stated I came in last week and spent $140 on some product, but the slide was chipped. He rudely interrupted me and started pointing to signs that said no refunds no returns. His voice became increasingly aggressive and then said, "I'm not suppose to do this but I'll call my boss." He got his boss on the line and then got off and addressed me again. He said he would give me an awesome deal on a new slide, for $30, because I was probably at fault for breaking the slide myself or I should have checked every piece before I left. I stated I was new to the area and I spend a lot of money on pipes because I usually give them as gifts to my friends as well as buy them for myself (I actually intended on buying a pipe for a friend once I settled my broken slide issue). When I stated I was unhappy with this decision, he started raising his voice and stepped out from behind the counter and said, "I could just ask you to leave, I dont have to give you a deal because look at this sign, look at this sign, look at this sign", while pointing at font 14 printed out word documents stating no refunds. I ended up walking out. The people they hire seem to be on a sales role. Almost like they failed a drug test when applying for a used car salesmen job and had to go to this joint for a job. My suggestion, walk 5 minutes down the road to Good Times on Elm St. I walked in, a female kindly greated me, gave me my space and told me to let her know if I had any questions. I ended up buying a replacement for my slide and a pipe for my friend. Wild Side Smoke Shop is runned by amateur and sell inferior products. Their RooRs are american made, not german, their glass pieces are cheap, and their staff are goons. This place will be out of business shortly. read more

I never have good luck with smoke shops and usually order glass online. Unfortunately, my favorite piece broke and I needed a replacement downstem and bowl. So I went to Wild Side. I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman behind the desk. I told him about the broken glass and he asked for the measurements, which I gave him, and he immediately pulled out a downstem that looked exactly the size I needed and a bowl to match. I paid $40 for both pieces (not too bad) and inspected the other glass that was on sale and I must say, this shop has some of the most well crafted, interesting pieces I've ever seen. I chatted with the owner while I looked and he was very knowledgable and attentive to every question I had. I will absolutely go back to Wild Side for all of my glass needs and I might even snag that pink Royalty ;p read more

usually this place is nice and convenient but as of today i'm not sure anymore. i bought a piece on 4/20/2021 and three days later, (they're broken glass return policy lasts 3 days after you purchase a piece), the piece unfortunately broke. i called them this morning (4/23) and they said they could not accept returns. just last month the girl working told me i could return for full store credit if it anything happens to break within the three days. just wanted people to be aware there's apparently no returns after glass leaves the store. but in the store they state a 3 day broken glass policy. not a complaint more just annoying that i'm stuck having to buy another piece (was a $104.99 piece that was purchased and broken three days later). i can understand why they won't do returns but they shouldn't say they do. thanks. will still be the go to shop. read more

I went here not really knowing that much about anything smoke shop related. I read the reviews online and figured I would give the place a go. I'm so glad that I did, the salesman was very knowledgable and was very helpful with my numerous questions. He was happy and upbeat and made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. I went in looking for a vaporizer and he showed me a few different options and the pros and cons with them all. Once I had made my choice he even showed me how it worked and how to take care of it. Bought a pulsar v3, fist off when i got home all 3 cups were broken from the factory, which the manager replaced as it was a manufacturer issue, then not 36 hrs into owning the product using it only about 8 times total the element died and was told that it was too bad and to go throught the manufacturer for warranty, thought they had good customer service at one point but now ill need to find a place to blow my hard earned cash at. read more

Horrible shop. First off this guy OPENS his Vapes. I didn't think anything of it when I purchased a smok alien 220. Until on the first day it was giving me error messages. I asked the owner Dan to fill out the warranty card. He refused saying he would do it at another time stating that the warranty would last longer if I waited until I had a problem. The device literally starting falling apart. When I brought this up to him he said it was my fault and I must have dropped it. He refused to fill out the warranty card or replace the unit. I sent the unit in and it was void due to him not filling out the card personally and smok told me the device had been repaired and altered by someone previously. $100 unit. It's been one month and it doesn't even work anymore. I'll be going to Smokers Haven to buy a sealed legit mod. After doing some research other people have had this problem too. Been shopping there for awhile. i prolly spent 700 dollars a month there. i just recently bought a "headie" bubbler for $325. i came home filled it up and after one use i noticed there was a cut full circle at bottom.. almost like a preferated line leaking water slowly.. i called the shop they said u used it we cant do anything about it... Mind u i smoke legal mullein to help quit smoking and they wont replace it.. i brought it into the shop and the clerk agreed with me that it was defective. they called the shop manager he pretty much told him to tell me tough shit on the phone.. but from me coming in there all the time i could tell the clerk was trying to help me out.. He argued with me manager for 2 mins saying no man its not a stress crack its defective... the manager stiull said "tough shit" and said he woulf give me 50% off a NON headie piece... umm i ONLY buy headie pieces and the clerk knew this. So the manager threw away my business for one faulty $325 dollar piece. I bought a plastic water pipe a few months ago from them and had similar problems. but i shrugged it off cause it was a cheap piece. Now i know they are just scumbags read more
