Best donuts around! We had been driving to the Windham location which is well over an hour away, but we recently discovered that this location is just a half an hour from us! An impulse stop on the way to the mountains and thankfully a great choice. The sausage was especially flavorful and I don't know what kind of English muffins they use, but they were great. Minus a star because one of the sandwiches' muffins were burnt, but I would definitely love to return here for some more road trip eats. read more

Where do we begin. The young girl working the counter at 3:20 today has the worst attitude I've ever seen. If you're the owner operator, I would not have this person working the counter or handling the money. Clearly they hate their job and do not want to work in society. It was an inconvenience to turn around 3 feet to grab donuts. I can imagine what it would've been if we asked for coffee. I recommend if you come here in the morning that Crew is totally different. I've been coming to this establishment for many years and was taken aback at the behavior. I do recommend the coffee and donuts though. read more

We went here today and both had the barn yard sandwich- ham, bacon & sausage on choice is bread. We had one on Asiago bagel and one on English muffin. They were good. What we really loved was the glazed croissant. I would go out of my way to have one of those again! Lol read more

Much better than any doofus dunkin. Everything they have (bagels, eggs, donuts, pastries, coffees) are better and fresher than dd. they are always accurate and fast here. It's hard to find and in the middle of nowhere but if I am going this way in the mornings, I will always choose this over the nasty alternatives. Brentwood Heavenly is going downhill. The donuts are not as fresh as they could be, and on a Saturday, this location runs out of most donuts by mid morning. Not sure that they restock more than once or twice a day. Maybe they're focusing more on coffee now, because this Heavenly seems to have forgotten the importance of their namesake: Heavenly DONUTS. read more

YUM! This Donut shop isn't typical. Their donuts are insane. They have so many choices and I haven't been disappointed by one! Their coffee choices are so different. Chocolate raspberry? So Good! I tried maple cinnamon French toast coffee. It was incredible! My kids love the pomegranate iced tea mixed with lemonade. Their sandwiches are so yummy too! Don't bother coming here. Too much trouble at the drive through to give us what we wanted in the dozen donuts and wanted to force us into taking an assorted mix. Personally, we will not patron businesses that are not customer service focused. The pimple faced kid at the drive through is likely doing what he's been trained or told to do, so this is a more systemic policy choice by store management. Save yourself the time and go to Dunkin just down the road in Kingston off Church Street. read more

This is my new favorite donut place! I had been getting donuts at Market Basket but find their availability lacking. Heavnly donuts has the freshest and largest donuts around! I love cream filled donuts and there's are incredibly fresh and well filled. Went early one morning and they had managers special, a glazed cream filled donut that should become a regular item! Perfectly cooked, perfectly filled and perfectly delicious! The young lady and gentlemen who helped us were both pleasant and helpful, when the young man found out it was our first time there he was even more attentive and seemed pleased that we had chosen his establishment. This place is disgustingly dirty.please don't eat hear if you value your health.gloves are not used when it's even remotely avoidable.they are not changed between handling raw items like eggs and finished sandwiches .ice coffee is never thrown away it's cleaned once a week by topping it off and switching out thke container it's in.nothing is dated or labeled so God knows how old it is.this place is gross ,gross, gross. This is our regular donut place, WAY better than Dunkin' Donuts for the quality of the food and the service. The breakfast sandwiches are made with fresh eggs and sooooo good! Donut holes are larger that DD's and delicious. The staff is friendly and even on a busy Saturday morning the line goes quickly. read more

This morning I ordered a coffee at the drive-through. When they handed me my coffee the lid wasn't on all the way and She spilled it all over me and my car. The employee was barely sympathetic and reluctantly gave me a new coffee. But I was still charged for it. I'll go back to DD next time. read more

Where to start, upon walking in I perused the selection of coffee flavors since I had heard there were many, having decided and being the only person in line I approached the counter. I waited about a minute and a half before a young woman rudely asked if I was ready to order ( as though I had not been waiting for her to appear from behind a coffee machine) I then ordered and was surprised by the price of a large coffee being more expensive than Dunks (I thought heavnly was better priced). When my coffee came out I noticed it had a darker coloration than 3 creams would allow so I asked how many creams were added to which I received a dismissive "three" as an answer (no would you like more, or anything). Walking out to my car I tried the coffee and was disappointed due to it's tasting extremely watered down to the point that I couldn't identify it as Irish cream flavored. I being rather displeased went back inside and asked for another coffee saying that I didn't think it tasted very good. I was told I would be charged again "but only for the cup" which was a few cents but still very poor form for any food service business. When I commented that it seemed funny that I had to pay for a redo on a badly made coffee I was told it was the owners policy, as though that made it make more sense. I asked the employees name (Alyssa) and made a mental note to contact the manager or owner to give her a apiece of my mind. Unless I receive a pretty decent apology I will not bother returning. read more

We went there on a whim after trying to find something different from dd. First of all we went not long before they were closing but they still had a good variety. It made me feel like when I was little, the box was a box like years ago, not that flat box that we all try to balance. Then I tasted the Bismarck the donut was light and airy, the jelly was very tasty but the cream filling was amazing. It wasn't the frosting/icing stuff you usually find. It was this whipped airy deliciousness. Every one of the donuts we got were yummy and lemon.... They had lemon filled I can never find those!!!. The closest Heav'nly donuts to me is 22 miles but I would rather drive there than have the every corner donut Any day of the week. Thank you for making me feel like a kid again. read more

Very surprised at how this place has gone downhill. Went to the drive through this morning at 8. Asked for 6 honey glazed and 6 jelly filled. The intercom voice said they didn't have any! Huh? I said so what DO you have? Chocolate this, and chocolate that and jelly sticks. Ok so I said I would take a dozen jelly sticks. Voice came back and said they only have TWO jelly sticks! At this point I was so aggravated I said fine I will take just the two. The voice then came back and actually said.... is there anything else I can get you? HUH? I said NO! You don't have anything else! They had no apologies and no explanations for their lack of donuts that early in the morning. I will NOT be going back! This location is fairly new, and I stumbled upon it quite randomly. i was heading towards Epping, and was pretty surprised to see a nice building since there's not much going on for businesses on the road I was taking. The building is super clean, with a nice lay-out of tables and plenty of space for those waiting to order. It has a ton of coffee flavors. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and engaging, and seemed happy to be waiting on my friend and me. Prices were great, as they usually are at Heavnly. This location had the usual doughnuts, bagels, and muffins and also had a board with homemade sandwiches that sounded absolutely delicious. The restroom was spotless and well maintained. I really think this is the nicest and friendliest Heavnly that I've visited, and I think I've hit pretty much all of them at this point. Definitely stop by if you're near Epping- they even have a drive-thru and didn't appear too busy! read more

Kind of bummed.. have been to Plaistow and Reading mass locations each 3 times, and have enjoyed higher quality service and food than Dunkins (which is much needed since DD has really gone down hill imo). But this was my 3rd visit to Brentwood and I likely won't go back. The last two times was at 6am during weekdays, with only 3 or 4 other guests, the bagel prep had me waiting close to 10 minutes.. time I don't really have while on my way to work. And today even longer; though I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches for myself and family. But you would think a real shop could band out a few breakfast sandwiches faster than an oil change in my truck right?? Need another toaster? They ran out of cinnamon raisin bagels {at 10:00am on a Sunday?? Weird} and we saw the owners (or what appeared to be the owners) walk in with a few Market Basket bags filled with several MB brand English muffins, and a couple gallons of apple cider. I don't know if they did anything wrong by bringing in MB goods, (at least give us Thomas's English muffins if you gonna charge us $4 for a sandwich) but it sure made it feel a little bit like they're serving breakfast sandwiches at a fair versus 'home cooked' or 'bakery fresh' goods. Awkward setup of tables and chairs, and hard to find trash can just made the whole experience a disappointment. Sorry, I wish them success, but right now it's not looking good. read more

Against my better judgement, I went back today - 13 minutes to get 1 ice coffee, 1 hot coffee and a sandwich, to make matters worse, the woman came to the window and asked me what my order was(That made it the 3rd time I had to say my order); there were 4 cars in the parking lot and no one behind me in the drive-thru....I counted no less than 4 people behind the counter. It really is flabbergasting that other Heavn'ly locations are run so much more efficiently - I mean there is no comparison between Amesbury/Plaistow and how poorly Brentwood is allowed to be run and there is no way they are nearly as busy as the other locations. read more
