Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer.
