They were easy to talk through everything with they were able to get my ASAP. They got it done in one day. And here's why I would say I would give them more than five stars if I was able to. When they went to go install the new window, the wrong window was delivered to them and by wrong I mean the windiw tint was the wrong tint . They took it upon themselves to call me immediately and talk through that. They even contacted a window tinting company and had the window correctly tinted at no additional cost. It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. They went above and beyond and asked if it was OK for them to go get the window tinted correctly.!

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. On one visit during posted business hours,…read morethe doors were locked and no staff were available. After calling, I was told someone had stepped out, and I was left waiting outside in freezing temperatures for around 20-30 minutes before anyone returned. On a separate visit, I looked more closely at the vehicles and noticed visible marring and light scratches on the paint, along with interiors that didn't appear properly cleaned or detailed. For a dealership, I would expect the vehicles to be presented in much better condition. And for them to be clean and cared for. There was also a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged or assisted while I was inside. I've also heard similar feedback from others, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, I had a very unprofessional experience would not recommend.
