Highly recommend Joe's towing, Monday night the road conditions were poor and my car slid into the snow filled median.

My brakes were fine, just a bad sensor, which I can deal with. They also found that Oxford Automotive didn't install my spark plugs correctly. I do have a small oil leak, but, the tech said that I may not need to replace the gasket and cylinder for another 6-12 months. The tech removed the spark plugs, cleaned them up and reinstalled them properly. These guys are definitely professional, courteous and not overpriced. Kudos to Brad and the tech, who I will call Curly, because I forgot his name. Thank you for restoring my faith in garages. I'm going with Delaware Automotive Services from here on out. I was out the door, paying less for the oil change than what my husband paid at Walmart for his Ford. BTW, the young man who worked on my car is very experienced in BMW's. DO NOT HESITATE to take your vehicle there !

Time and time again they have been amazing to our family of vehicles, as well as to those that are our friends. They don't charge a ridiculous rates per hour, and they only do the work that is needed and that is best for your vehicle. There are too many chains out there that all they're doing is trying to get your money and "inspect "your car for things that need to be fixed only because they want to make more money off of you and upsell you. That does not happen at Delaware Automotive because they actually care about the customer and repeat business. Their business is growing because of it. I hope they don't lose that about them. for now, this is the place to go for any automotive work in the area hands-down!

That said, I sent my daughter to this shop over the last 3 months or so. She has paid them to completer over $2000 of repairs on three separate occasions. I have no issue with the work completed. In fact they advise my daughter what work could wait and what was needed immediately. After all this work her check engine light came on again and thought it could be related to previous work. It turns out it was not related to previous work and they could not see any code happening at the time of diagnosis. They did advise previous codes and was told the problem would likely resurface. They charged my daughter $164 (one hour) to hook up a scan tool and provide the codes. I am very used to having relationships with auto mechanics in the past where there is typically would be no charge when they cannot find an issue. That is what I expected today. So to be clear, just understand you will be charged for every piece of work they do here. Again, I can not complain with previous work but thought perhaps they would be willing to build a long term relationship. I guess I will find out if I am wrong as I go forward. Thank you.

The people behind the counter were very nice and friendly. They asked me if I wanted the tire damage warranty and I said no and they recommended it but they weren't overly pushy. Came back to pick up my car and AJ explained the bill and exactly what they did to the car. I told him several years earlier I was there and I had some issues. He apologized for that and explained to me that some changes had been made and that customer service and work quality has improved. I think he was right. After explaining the situation over the phone, Jim said he was able to get me in right away, so I could get back on the road ASAP. I needed a "fancy" valve, but the cost of that and labor was under $100. If you need a service that has anything to do with tires, this spot will deliver. Thank you a million times over.

I'm posting this on behalf of someone close to me, Travis, who had a very frustrating experience…read morewith Snappy's Automotive in Delaware, OH. Travis took his 2005 Chevy Silverado to Snappy's on September 3rd, 2025 for a front-end alignment. Before bringing it in, he had already replaced both control arms, inner and outer tie rods, lower ball joints, the pitman arm, idler arm, and the gear box himself. He had also just installed two brand‑new tires -- nearly $800 worth -- right before the alignment. The truck only had a slight pull to the left, and he wanted a professional alignment to finish the job. Snappy's inspected the truck, agreed it was fine to align, and documented that everything was within spec afterward. If the truck truly had the severe issues they later claimed, they should never have performed the alignment in the first place -- but they did, took his money, and said everything looked good. Around Thanksgiving, Travis called Snappy's to report that the pull was still there and that the brand‑new tires were already wearing unevenly. They told him to come in on a day he wasn't available. January was the first chance he had to stop in. When he went in in person in January, the GM told him he'd talk to the owners about the situation and get back to him. He never heard anything after that. During that January visit, Snappy's also gave him a completely different story from what they told him in September. Suddenly they claimed the lift kit was unstable, bolts were falling out, the front axle was "almost falling out of the differential," and that the pitman arm, idler arm, and tie rods were worn -- even tho ugh all of those parts were brand new when they aligned it the first time. Their new explanation completely contradicted their original report. Then they tried to sell him over $2,300 in repairs, including replacing the exact same parts he had already replaced before the first alignment -- the same parts they said were fine when they took his money in September. Meanwhile, the two tires he had just bought -- again, almost $800 -- were now nearly bald on the inside edges because the alignment was never corrected under warranty. Snappy's gave him two completely different diagnoses months apart, refused to honor their warranty, didn't follow through on what the GM promised, and tried to upsell him on repairs he didn't need. He paid for an alignment that didn't fix the issue, ended up with ruined tires, and got no accountability from the shop. Based on everything he went through, I wouldn't recommend Snappy's to anyone.
