When my friend and I walked in to the store, there was no greeting not even a hello. We looked at a few things while the employee at the time he told us his name was MK, stood in the corner and watched us. This was extremely uncomfortable which I think was the point of him doing it. My bestie has major ADD so she can be picky or all over the place sometimes which really irritated MK. We had all are items up there and went to pay for them when my friends card was declined so we went outside to fix it. When we came back in he actually said "I can only do this 1 more time" UMMMM.. like we were doing it on purpose. After we finally paid for everything (this was after MK allowed 3 other customers to go before us. ) we went outside and opened up a product we had purchased. After 1 use we noticed it was cracked in 2 places. My friend went to go back inside but there was a note on the door saying "TAKING A BREAK BE BACK SOON" LOLOLOLOLOL ohhhhh man. She was able to get a new one after 1 hr and 48mons. Prices are cheap! Customer service is cheaper!!!

Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! If you're into disposables, they carry just about every popular brand (Lost Mary, Geek Bar, etc.), as well as off-brands. They even have some CBD products, as well as some nicotine pouches. I especially like the North ones, since you can play games on them and connect it to your phone via bluetooth. You can always check for authenticity of the devices by QR code. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. I will definitely be back for my vape needs and will recommend this place to family and friends.

Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!
