The very pleasant woman that answered, said they could have someone to me in 30 minutes! Really?? Well, I opted for her service! She asked my location with make and model of my car... Some 17 minutes, yes 17 MINUTES later, D.J. arrived and whisked my vehicle off to the tire shop! Customer Service definitely exceeded today!!! So appreciative for the fast and friendly service! They charged us $100 to tow our car literally less than a mile, which is a rip off. During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

The reason I decided to go to them is that a friend has been using them for a while to repair her older Honda Accord, and they always treated her right. I saw a review by someone else bashing them for lack of service, but I happen to know that a couple of members of their family had some heath struggles a while back, and with this being a family owned and operated business, that was unfortunate and difficult. My guess is that this person got impacted by that, which is a shame, but I can say without question, that it was unusual, and not the way that this business is run. They are honest, and reliable, and that is not only uncommon these days, but it is of great importance! I will continue to do business with them.
