FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I heard about this place from Groupon. I needed to get my rear pads changed and seen a great discount that included labor. So I figured why not? I called first to ask questions and Teresa answered the phone. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and very bubbly on the phone. I told her about the noise that was coming from my rear wheel, she recommend I didn't buy the groupon yet before they inspected because I may not needed. That is when I knew I was in the right hands as far as integrity. I decided to set an appointment for 3pm, but ended up showing up at 130pm. I walked into a nice set up spoke with Teresa and Mark about my vehicle and they decided to serve me right then, which was GREAT! Even though I said I wanted my rear pads changed Mark decided to check both front and back and other things that could be wrong with the car. He discovered that my wheel bearing was very loose and my wheel was about to fall off. Of course this was very bad news for me, seeing as how I'm very low on money. He even recommend that I hold off on the break pads because there was still at least a week left on them. He said that he cared about my safety over anything else and that the wheel bearing was priority! To make a long story short I decided to get both services, wheel bearing replacement and rear break pad replacement. I also got an estimate on some prior body damage to the side of my vehicle which turned out to be extremely cheap and smart. Mark and Teresa are very knowledgeable and reasonable and care more about your overall safety than making a quick buck! I will definitely be back and I recommend this business to anyone looking for integrity and great work on their vehicle! read more

I was having trouble with my breaks and needed to find a place where I could drop my car on my lunch hour and pick it up by the end of the day. Thank God I stumbled upon this place. In the past I haven't had great experiences with auto shops I always feel over charged or lied to because I don't know much about cars, this place was the exact opposite. They kept me updated throughout the day by texting me and not only provided me with great competitive rates but told me what was necessary and what I would need to have serviced in the future to avoid any further damage. On top of all that I couldn't get there before they closed but they said no problem take your time which is always appreciated with Atlanta traffic. Please please please do not use this business! Buyer beware! My 80 year old dad purchased a car from this business and assured him the vehicle was safe to drive 350 miles the next day. The car was driven home approximately 30 miles and the check engine light came on. Mark Bishop took the car for an emissions test right before my dad drove the car away, so something was done to get a passing test. Now my dad is stuck with a car that was new to him but has to have the transmission replaced. I'm so sick of scammers preying on the elderly! We may not get any justice but I hope I can keep someone else from being burned. read more

I drove 40 mins to this shop based off high reviews and was very disappointed. To makes matters worse, I had an appointment. Once I arrived no one was in the lobby nor front desk to greet. However I really needed to get my car serviced. Therefore I waited another 45 mins in the lobby for a staff member. Once a gentleman came in, he took the customer who came in after me!! Never once acknowledged I was even there. Horrible customer service which caused me to leave and take my business else where. I was dropping a friend cars off at the Jeep place next door and parked near his lot for less than 2 min. This owner, Mark, came out and demanded I move because I parked behind his wife's car. I asked if she was leaving right way... He yelled at me stating that it didn't matter, it's private property and I need to get my vehicle off of his property. He was disheveled and his appearance was unimpressive to be kind. He was angry, rude and his facility was a total dump.... I would advise you to find someone with more integrity and character to work on your vehicle. This man is one of the worst people I have ever come into contact with and that is a very nice way to present my experiences with him.... (he did not know if I was a new customer or not either...) I think that a very effective way to assess someones character is by how they treat people that they don't need anything from or when no one is looking. It is typically indicative of their overall moral fiber. He failed that test miserably. Please use this information to help make your own assessment of him and his establishment.
