This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

As someone who has had experience buying and now selling a home, I would not recommend a company that would employ anyone who would pull out of a sale after adamant interest and signed paperwork due to their own negligence and failure to perform duties. It's now March 1st the husband of the Relator company shows us the "ready home" so filthy expecting us to sign a lease was so rude and clearly didn't care.
