In…read moreaddition, I had a prior contractor move a pass through door and subsequently made it way too narrow, so narrow that only a skinny adult or small child could squeeze through. My poor shoulders literally got scratched walking through. Dave and Daren performed the following projects: widened the small doorway and fixed shoddy prior work, patched 8 electrical cut out boxes (old cable/lan lines/tv hidden wire boxes), ceiling light move hole patched, big 10x20" cutout from a plumbing project, float out old drywall repair that had a big vertical seam. He was highly skilled at the patchwork, sheetrock installation/mudding/taping/texture spraying. I appreciated how quickly they worked and the quality of every job. A lot of the work was detailed but also technical in terms of fixing that doorway. They nailed it. In addition, Dave arrived promptly at 7:00am each day as promised, did an immaculate job taping and containing the areas in plastic to ensure no overspray got on my stuff. We recently had an interior door replaced. Luis was prompt, friendly, and I am happy to say that…read morethe door is very snug once latched, and not creating any knocking sounds when our HVAC starts and stops. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that.
