He came on time and he quickly assessed my garage and basement. He saw my charger and indicated that it's a plug-in which may cause some problems. He recommended a hardwire solution. Luckily my EV charger supplier was able to swap out the charger free of charge. Dave and team came on the scheduled day and installed the charger and connected it to my electrical panel. He labeled everything for me and showed me how it worked. Great value and great service.

He shut the power off, for safety reasons. He came back the next day which was a Sunday, to temporarily restore power. Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
