Absolutely horrendous service. They broke my car mirror during a service appointment, deny any responsibility and I'm stuck with the bill.

Been dealing with this dealership since 2007. Wouldn't go any where else. Toyota is already a great car and their service is excellent.

Great cars, great service, awesome parts department! I've…read morebeen a customer since 1999, when I bought my first car, a 1996 Saturn SL2. The sales gal bent over backwards to help me, a poor student, get into a car I could afford. Since then I've been back off and on, once to trade up to a 2001 Saturn SC2 when I got my first job, and had a little more money to play with, and many, many times over the years for service first on Saturns and later on my Saabs. Their service department treats you with respect, and does their best to work around your schedule. The guys in parts are friendly and interested in helping with my little take-home projects, helping me find new or used parts at the best prices. It's sad that both Saturn and Saab aren't around as car brands any more, but it's great to have a place like this in the community. These days they keep a nice supply of good used Saabs and other high end cars, for those with discerning tastes, who don't want to pay through the nose. Definitely worth checking out this place!

"Do not buy from this DEALERSHIP.."…read more I was in the market for a used 4x4 SUV, I came across one online that was located at Saab of KW, I drove 2hrs on a Saturday to check out this posted vehicle, I took it for a test drive and decided it was the one for me. I signed the papers and was told it would be ready Wednesday after the safety and e-test. Wednesday I get a call saying that it won't be ready till Saturday which was ok, but Saturday came and guess what it wasn't ready. All I kept getting told was that they need to wait on a part, so finally the next Saturday I was told it was going to be ready, After driving 2hrs again I finally picked up my vehicle but upon driving out of the dealership the ABS light and parking brake light came on. I took the vehicle back and told them what the problem was, sales person(Christian) took vehicle for a drive just to see if problem really did exist (it did) he then went in and talked to manager (Jeff) after a few minutes he returned with some other person with a code reader after a few minutes he asked to take it for a test drive he returned played with code reader some more they went inside again came back with a solution which was I could take the vehicle with me (they did guarantee that it was safe to drive) and bring it back at a later date for them to fix or leave it with them and have fix it and pick it up when it was done. I picked the first option upon arriving home I made an appointment for Monday with my personal mechanic to check out issue he hooked up his code reader and problem was discovered to be ABS module was not working. I called dealership and told them what I had discovered and what I was told was yeah we assumed it was that and already have the part here(odd since they said code reader was not working) I was fed up with them at this point and didn't trust them I asked if they would send the part to my mechanic ( I was willing to pay his labor charges just so I didn't have to deal with dealership again) they agreed to do this I sent them my mechanic's address and waited for part to be delivered. After a few days go by I call my mechanic to see if part has arrive it hasn't call back to dealer they say part has been sent so I wait then I get a notice in the mail that I have a package needing picking up at post office wonder what it could be I go pick it up and yep you guessed it it was my part which was to go to my mechanic's shop not my home address. I take the part to mechanic he tells me it is a used part so he hopes it works it does, but why try and con me out of a new part? I believe this dealership was negligent in the fact that they advertised a vehicle for sale (safety and e-tested) without first doing the safety and being aware of the issues before hand and warning the buyer of said problems and the amount of time that was required to fix problem. I also paid extra$300 for them to clean and buff out some minor dents/scratches they said they did this but there was no evidence of this being done as the dents and scratches are still there and I was picking up candy wrappers/gum from under back seat.

I'll definitely be back.

I bought a car from Crosby Volkswagen in 2023. It was a seemingly nice Jeep Cherokee 2016, and they…read morehad assured me this would be a great vehicle choice for us and that it would be a safe choice as well after my fiancé got into a car wreck that had her in the ICU overnight a week prior. In this dazed and terrified state they took advantage of us and sold us a lemon (whether they knew this or not), and not only that but delayed work on the vehicle and misdiagnosed it over and over until they ran out the warranty (again whether or not it was intentional). This is not fact, only speculation based on the available evidence. Warranty repairs fun fact pay less to dealerships than regular work so often the technicians are not motivated to do well with the repairs. Also, the service technician that sent the car for repair was the man (Nathan) that initially sold us the car. During the sale they offered little to no wiggle room on a used vehicle and ended up charging a massive $22,000 dollars only for huge repairs to crop up conveniently after the warranty expiration. They also conveniently didn't get a part I needed that was covered under warranty, and again did not fix my issue, for 6 full months because it was on "back order". I have asked around and no one has ever heard of an item being on back order for that long. Don't worry though when something like this happens to you at Crosby, and a multi thousand dollar problem is consistently misdiagnosed, they will offer absolutely nothing to make the situation better and figure out what they had initially missed and then still charge full price for the repair! That was what they told me, they told me all of these issues were my fault because they "scanned it and it didn't show a code" but any technician worth anything would have seen there was a bigger issue at play and further examined the car. You can't trust the sales team, the service advisors, the service manager, or any of the other staff members to sell you a good car or to fix it once you realize the car you bought was a lemon. This was my experience with Crosby Volkswagen and it could theoretically be yours if you decide to buy a car from their lot. My advice is to not touch any car this dealership or company has to offer with a 100 foot pole. In my opinion, you'll just get burnt.
