Having to use a towing service never comes from a happy situation. However, when your insurance company chooses Hegwood's, be sure you and your vehicle are going to be treated with superb respect and high quality professional service. When Mr. Chris was assigned to my incident, he called me on his way to assure he would be arriving in 10 minutes (he arrived sooner) and used his mechanical knowledge trying to see what was wrong with my car. Corey at Hedgewood towing was great. We had a wreck 3 hours from home made a phone call to them and they said they was on the way. The response time was as quick as it could have been for the situation. Don't know what they charge because it was an insurance claim, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be my first call if I'm every in this situation again.
