Just purchased a new Camaro from Rogers Dabbs. I enjoyed every minute of my experience. I wasn't…read moresure which car I really wanted as they had a large inventory to choose from, but my salesperson, Kari Williams, was great throughout the experience - never pressuring me, taking time to show me different models, and keeping in touch with me when I had questions. I'm very happy with the car and the dealership. They are friendly and professional. Ask for Kari, internet manager, when you stop by. She will definitely help you find the perfect car for your needs. Updated: Great service from Lloyd Cole and the technicians at Collision Center/Rogers Dabbs. Had some light damage from a thrown rock and this dealership took great care of me and my car. Highly recommended for quality and for character and customer service Updated 11/23. Service department is the best I've seen. Highly recommended. You are treated with complete respect and friendliness. Everyone is professional. Excellent

I cannot recommend Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet Service based on my experience…read more My truck was towed to their dealership for what was initially diagnosed as a failed turbocharger. Over several weeks, I received multiple completion dates that were missed, and communication was inconsistent. I often had to call or stop by for updates, and missed calls rarely included voicemails. My biggest concern was the number of contradictions in the diagnosis and timeline. The issue began as a turbocharger failure, then became an oil-filled charge air cooler, followed by a reported diesel runaway event and potential catastrophic engine damage. Weeks into the repair, management claimed the truck arrived over 8 quarts low on oil, despite service documentation showing the oil level and condition inspection as passed. I understand dealerships are businesses and need to make a profit. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs. However, when events are later described in ways that appear inconsistent with previous communications and the dealership's own documentation, it raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service department and confidence in the diagnosis. By the time I removed my vehicle, I had spent more than $7,000 and still had to have the truck towed away unrepaired. The vehicle left with significant engine concerns that were not part of the original diagnosis when it arrived. To be fair, most of the staff I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and professional. My dissatisfaction is not with their attitudes, but with the handling of the repair, the lack of communication, and the conflicting explanations surrounding my vehicle's condition. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage customers to keep detailed records of all communications, diagnoses, and repair authorizations when dealing with this service department.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Darrell's Auto Electric for anything…read morebeyond the simplest repairs. They kept my Jeep for over 6 months chasing a problem that turned out not to be the issue at all. During that time, they insisted I needed a part that would have cost me $1,300+ for a used part with little to no warranty. Only after I refused to pay that, & wait on the new part with a warranty, did they suddenly "re-evaluate" and admit--that wasn't even the problem. Meanwhile, I was still charged $2,793.33 along the way, including for a new battery--which, let's be honest, probably went bad because my vehicle sat untouched on their lot for half a year waiting on a part it never needed in the first place. I had to take it back 3 days after picking it up and they kept it another almost 2 months. What's even more frustrating is that I felt like I was expected to diagnose the issue myself. Isn't that the mechanic's job? Instead of providing answers, there was constant guesswork and shifting explanations. Ricky even admitted he was aware how long I waited for a part it didn't need and apologized, which I appreciate--but that doesn't undo six months of wasted time, unnecessary costs, and zero resolution. To make matters worse, I finally took it somewhere else--a simple mechanic--and within a week and $310.50, the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed. The issue? A throttle body and recoding it. That's it. Not the laundry list of problems Darrell's tried to sell me on. Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and actual competent diagnostics--take your vehicle somewhere else.

I told them thanks for letting me know and went home to change my own brakes as I do. In the pictures, the top one and right one are the new ones, and the bottom and left one are the "metal on metal" ones. Are you kidding me? I called up there and told them my concerns, and the assistant manager lady told me "THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE." And nothing was done? Come on. I was also told it would take ~25 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes. Timing has been an issue the last three times I've gone. Wish I could give zero stars. Update (08/2025): I spoke to the regional manager for the store here in Brandon. I explained to him my problems and concerns. He was very dismissive of how this was a "very minute thing to never come back to our store over" therefore, I decided to write this down here and let people know to never go here under any circumstance. There are much better service businesses than here. Take my word for it.
