Dr Robin with his experience, knowledge and confidence made it easier for us and Lucky, as we have lost faith and trust in previous vets. He took the time to explain everything for us. He was honest, genuine and his care showed that he has the best interest at heart for us and our pet. We knew straight away we could trust him with no doubt, and the outcome shows. Dr Robin had saved Lucky's life. My family and I will always be grateful. Words cannot express enough the way we all feel right now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our beautiful boy Lucky. Wrong antibiotics given and my cat got worse! I bought my cat to this clinic with a UTI as my usual…read morevet was closed at the time. He was given a blood test and a course of antibiotics as precautionary as they could not get a urine sample. This costing me $250!!! I was told the next day that the blood test showed his kidney levels were up and to come in for another blood test in two weeks. A week later (after the course of antibiotics) my cat was in so much pain, unable to urinate and swollen genitals. It was very distressing. . I took him to my normal vet and he said the drug given to him was totally inappropriate and it was therefore doing absolutely nothing to treat my cat. The vet also said according to the report that was sent, that the kidney levels were actually well within the range. Obviously this was a load of scare mongering and an attempt to get more money for further unnecessary expensive blood tests. This was all very distressing and could have been easily avoided if the correct care was given in the first place! I feel so duped and that my emotions and worry for the health of my cat were played upon at a vulnerable time, in an attempt to get as much money out of me as possible. My cat was not cared for correctly.

I recently took my cat there and after her being very unwell for a long time, the vet knew exactly…read morewhat was wrong with her and prescribed a couple medications for her, now Zoe is all better and she is one of the funniest cats I have, she needs a follow up and I'm happy as anything too take her back there, I have actually referred many people and even family that are half an hour away are going to take their animals to be looked over and have their neutering done. That's how much I love this vet, I've been done over by others. But from now on I'm taking all my pets and family's pets there! And from Zoe; meow you and you guys are purrrrrrefect!! Fank you for fixing my sore eye, mouth and sneezing nose! Xoxo
