I've been going to Heidi for 11 years and never been disappointed. I get my nails, pedicures, and eyelash extensions done at Heidi's

If you want crappy service with mediocre results, book now. I was cut 3 times in the same place after explaining I have been cut many t in the pas so please take time so I don't get cut. What blew my mind was that I was not offered anything for being cut. No discount, hell, I wasn't even offered antiseptic. Save your money or pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. I went for pedicures with a friend and chose Heidi Nails because that is where she usually goes and I've heard many others mention using them. This was my first (and most likely last) experience going there! The environment was clean and the staff was friendly, but I was not happy with my end result. I was not asked anything about how I like to have my toenails cut and I even mentioned to her that I didn't want them really short and had an issue with one of my big toenails. She just went at them with the clippers! I've never had my toenails cut this short...to the point that I'm hoping they grow back out normally! I will be returning to my usual nail salon in a couple of months...and hopefully by then, they have grown out some and can be fixed. read more

Don't bother making an appointment... I had a 6:00 appointment. It's 6:36 and my feet aren't even soaking for my pedicure. I was here on time. It was busy but no one made mention it would be over a half hour before they would be able to start on. Very frustrating. read more

They got me in on short notice, and my gel manicure looks great. My cuticles had been in very rough shape and they got them all cleaned up!

My daughter and I went in for pedicures today. My pedicure was at the top for my best pedicure ever! Yong was amazing and by far gave the best leg/foot massage! The salon is very clean. I'll definitely be going back. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's in a strip mall next to Cub Foods and Quiznos. The interior has a very lux/ chic look to it- very inviting. They have two comfortable waiting lounges that works perfectly well for groups. They have full body massage chairs that I would like to have at my own home. They even give you temporary flip flops with each pedi. Fully equipped with gossip mags and flat screens. This place is perfect for bridal showers. They let us have treats and drinks at the place as we got pampered. They even let us stay after hours for a little bit, which was fantastic! Overall, very clean, inviting and the staff are nice, helpful and very skilled as well, which are things you want to see at a salon. read more

Have been going to Heidi's for years and have been increasingly discouraged when I go in for services lately. I have brought my friends in for services and one friend's feet were scrubbed to scabs. He was bleeding and she kept scrubbing. Recently, I brought my daughter in with me and there was a miscommunication with services provided and cost. Every time I go in lately there are instances and seems like the newer people aren't providing the same level of service I've been used to. I'm sad to say I will be finding a new salon. read more

I've been a client here for several years and have been *very* happy with the services I've received. The salon is very clean, the pedicure chairs are a little slice of heaven, and my nails always look fantastic. I have my nails done by Heidi and I have to say that she really is the best nail tech I've ever met (and I've been getting my nails done regularly for almost 30 years! ) Her attention to detail is amazing. Right now I've got a thin acrylic overlay with black gel polish on top and they look absolutely flawless. I would definitely recommend Heidi to my friends. read more

I have been coming here for years, nice staff, clean, some communications issues. Today I brought my 11 year old and asked for the princess chocolate pedi. The description and corresponding photo does not match the service, we were disappointed. I discussed this with Heidi, but she showed me a pale tan small cup of "mask" that they use, not at all like photo, but she said it's just a photo. My neighbor and I visited Heidi Nails about a month ago. I had never had a pedicure before, my neighbor highly recommended this place. My neighbor was lucky, and had a nice lady work on her feet. The person that worked on mine was harsh/rough. When she pumiced my heels, she took a 1/2 chunk out of my skin, then tried to hide the fact I was bleeding (changed her gloves). When she was working on my toenails, she was clipping them too short- scolding me that I had cut them wrong. I couldn't wait to get out of the chair. It took 3 weeks for my feet to heel, and I was worried about an infection on the back of my heel- where the chunk of skin came off. I would never go back to this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Find a nicer place. If possible, I would have chosen zero stars. read more

This is the only place I know of that does SNS which is what I really like. The pedicure was good, but I don't get them often enough to say if they're all good. The staff is pretty quiet which personally I like. My favorite thing here is that everything seems sanitary. Before my pedicure, the woman opened a "sterile" packaging with all of the tools she was going to use in it. Made me feel more comfortable. I think the prices are a little too high, and the student discount should definitely apply to college students, not just children. Overall it's "good"! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED in my first experience here. I scheduled an appointment to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I had to wait for 20 minutes despite making an appointment, which defeated the whole purpose of making an appointment. Then they told me that they could not wax my eyebrows! And I even confirmed when I arrived if I could get it done! The owner Hedi advised me that the individual who is licensed to doing waxing had left! She was completely unresponsive when I asked why they would tell me otherwise and offered no apology for their mess up. To make matters worse, my nail lady was impossible to communicate with. I understand this happens inevitably, but she could not understand anything. She asked me what color I wanted to paint my nails 3 times when I had just sat down. All within about 2 minutes. Each time I said I had not decided between the 3 polishes I had in my hand. This is not ever a problem considering the last thing they do is paint your nails, but she would not even begin my pedicure until I had given her an answer. Which was super weird. The girl next to me even made a comment about how odd it was. Then I showed her a photo of how I wanted my nails painted (which was VERY simple might I add) and she still did not understand. At this point I just told her to not worry with it and do a straight color. The whole exchange she had an attitude with me. She rolled her eyes and was just rude in general. I did not understand because her response was unprovoked, I was not rude to her. I was really taken back by how inappropriate and unprofessional she was. When I went to pay, I expressed to Hedi how disappointed I was in the service despite all of the positive reviews I read on Yelp. She simply replied "maybe next time!" I will NOT ever be returning to this salon. I have never experience such poor customer service. I NEVER write reviews but felt this was necessary given the negative experience I had. I would NOT recommend going to this salon. The only good thing about this salon is the massage chairs. read more

I came with my friends, who love having their hands and feet done. This was my 1st time here. The lady who did my toes did a great job. I enjoyed the massage and I let her pick the design. Loved it. My friend had both her hands and feet. She felt very rushed. Her lady also caused a lot of pain when she buffed over a hang nail spot. There was blood. To fix it the lady put super glue on my friends wound. No warning. My friend got a $10 discount. Over all 50/50. I'd be willing to come back if others wanted to. read more

I wish there was a zero rating! If I could give one....that would be what this place deserves. The day I got my pedicure, I met a guy at this place from the staff, who was very rude answering me about any coupons and timing. He said they do not give away anything because there's is a well established business.While you can print at least one coupon for 2 $ at least right off their website. Second thing I was totally dissatisfied was about the lady/worker/owner of the place who I felt cares least about the customer satisfaction. While I was getting my pedicure done my assigned person/ lady went and said something to this owner about using some razor on my feet which I believe is prohibited now. Anyways she yelled at her assistant in their native tongue....since I know a bit of Vietnamese. Later the owner lady came back and said I can get the razor on my feet where I get my pedicure earlier. Who the hells talks to the customer that way?suggest some silly suggestion unasked for? I felt that was impolite and demeaning the customer's decision to opt for them. Thirdly, the service it selves was very mediocre. The moment I started my pedicure the lady set a timer? And after paying a hefty sum of 60$ for a special pedicure and lady left abruptly after the timer beeped at 45 mins? It was like saying get lost. She didn't cut the nails thoroughly and now after they are growing I am suffering from ingrown toenails. Bad choice!!!! Fourth,they charge a 3% fee if I use a credit card? Who the hell on earth is doing this,these days? And all this drama after charging from the card without my permission. Overall, the place has a very nice ambience and relaxing atmosphere but bad customer service and the attitude of the staff all make it a bad choice.I usually never write reviews but this experience compelled me to do so. I would suggest somebody of this place if they are seeking for trouble and bad usage of time and money. I hated it. Immediately when we walked in they didn't acknowledge us. after 10 minutes of them ignoring us, the one thing that was spoken to is was to move. After that, wherever we went we were continually told to move, even after being told where to wait. After twenty minutes of this, they still had not even asked us if we had an appointment. When I was living in this area this was my favorite place to get mani/pedi's. They have always been super clean with a great polish selection. I went there today being back in the area and boy have things changed. Went in for a pedicure and she never even massaged my feet rubbed my legs but not my feet. I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years and have always been satisfied with the results. I usually get a manicure with gel polish and it always lasts for over 2 weeks without chipping or peeling. After trying at least 10 different places, this is the best nail salon I have found in this area. read more

I have been to Heidi's multiple times and every experience has been awful. They drew blood while filing my nails and then I went home and redid the polish because it was so patchy. I asked for a design and they charged me extra because of the difficulty but then they messed it up. They skip the massage and lie about pricing. They once charged me extra because my nails were "too long" but failed to tell me until I was paying. I also got my brows done there because the price was cheaper than other places. BIG MISTAKE. The guy who did them was cleaning up the brow bone area and notched it causing him to take off more than half the brow. They ended up being uneven and way too short. I left without tipping and cried as soon as I got out of the store. My friend who watched mentioned that he notched it and showed me a picture where my face was bleeding. I went back to get a refund. There was no physical way to fix them because of how thin he made them. When I went back in they said that they didn't "look bad" and that I just needed a second opinion. They had a girl come look at them and she said "come back and I help you fix them". Unfortunately there wasn't enough hair to do anything with. They started talking about us in Chinese, which I get is a cliche but it was extremely obvious. I felt so disrespected and I was already close to tears because of how I looked. They ended up giving me a refund but then the owner had the audacity to give me some advice "when you come in to get a service you need to be clear what you want before you come back and don't pay". They completely put the blame on me and made me feel even worse. I will never go back and I strongly recommend that no one else does either. I then went to another brow place and they informed me that nail salons typically don't have waxing licenses. And considering a man did mine Heidi's most likely does not. read more

My normal place was closed so I went here instead. My nail tech was very rough with my nails and made three of my nail beds bleed, and the others were very red. She never even said she was sorry and didn't seem to understand when I was not happy about it (like it was normal). The end manicure looked beautiful (minus the bloody ring around my nail bed). HORRIBLE! Will never go back..horrible service and horrible pedicure! I went one saturday morning, they said they open at 9am, we waited outside the door till almost 9:15 before they opened the doors. They asked what type of pedi I wanted and I asked which one they recommend if I have some calloses that need work, they said the spa pedi which is an extra 10mins & would allow enough time. Typically when I get a pedi they do some type of light massage on the calf and/or foot, but that didn't happen nor did any work on my calloses! I walked about after 45mins w/ pretty much my toe nails painted which I could have done at home in 10mins! I wasn't going to say anything but it was bugging me so went to Heidis website and emailed her. I waited four days, no response, so I called and left a message. A week went by and no response to that either. Now I was mad as I paid decent money for a pedi, got crap and no one will contact me back. So I called again and got the manager. She said I needed to come in w/in the next few days and I had to make an appt. When I arrived for my appt I waited over 30mins before I got in a chair and then sat in the chair for 15mins. It didn't look like anyone was getting close to being done so I asked how much longer it would be, they said 20mins which would have been over an hour after I made my appt! Are you kidding me?! So I quietly said I'm going to leave then and left. I had a lot to do instead of having them waste my time AGAIN! No one even apologized as I walked out. And the girl sitting next to me had an appt that was 15mins after mine, but had been getting a pedi for 10mins before I finally walked out. Two horribly frustrating experiences and never want to step foot in that place again! read more
