So then when I went to my normal stylist in Minneapolis (we moved and B&S was much closer to new home) she agreed that the process completed on my hair was incorrect for my request via photos that I showed. When I spoke with the hair manager Allie she informed me that I "voided the warranty" by not coming back for a THIRD time to have them fix it, even though I no longer trusted their services. Very very disappointed and would not recommend hair services here to anyone. Very sad as my family has always had great interactions for the last 15 years. Poor customer service and accountability. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.
