When I spoke with the hair manager Allie she informed me that I "voided the warranty" by not coming back for a THIRD time to have them fix it, even though I no longer trusted their services. Very very disappointed and would not recommend hair services here to anyone. Very sad as my family has always had great interactions for the last 15 years. Poor customer service and accountability.
