Booking was simple on their website, you just choose your service and it shows you by day which times are available. Enter your info and voila! I chose a 90 minute massage which might sound excessive but I'm so glad I went with the 90 minute and not 30 or 60. Michelle did an amazing job on a full body massage, with extra attention to my aching back. She was very good about checking in with me to make sure that the pressure was ok. And she gave a fantastic food massage with peppermint lemon lotion too! They use coconut oil which is great for the skin. I came out of the room on cloud nine, and it was very hard to go back to work for the afternoon! I highly recommend Bodyography and am so glad that I gave them a try!

The office is nice, clean, and the place just has a relaxing atmosphere. Emily is the owner and a licensed massage therapist. She clearly wants to help improve your health whether it is to reduce daily stress or focus on a problem area. This is real therapy folks. She will spend time understanding your health issues and if you are having problems with a particular area. I would say she is part magician and part healer. I have had problems with my neck and shoulders and also lower back. She clearly knows how to focus in on problem areas. I went in one Saturday and had a lot of back pain and was hunched over - when I left the pain was gone and replaced with a kind of light/warm feeling form the work she did.
