Apparently management changed, the tech who signed off on the safety was no longer there. They denied everything they had told me the first day. They told me this guy that sold me the vehicle brings in at least two vehicles a month for safety. When I called the second time they mistakened me for different vehicle for the same issue, a supposed passed safety. Clearly something is going on in this shop. I wouldn't trust buying another vehicle that was safetied by this shop.

Came in for service to get my engine mounts replaced. They proceeded to give me a list of other…read morethings that were wrong. So I get the work started. Instead of replacing all four engine mounts they only do two, which caused the other ones to go bad. Then instead of replace my shifting cable they installed a older shifter tht was worse than the one I already had. Then come to find out they didn't even need to replace tht. then they had me replace the hub bearing on all 4 which I found out later I never needed switched. Paid for a new starter and they installed an old used one. Now after 2k later my car is worse than it was before I went in. The mechanic has been ignoring me for weeks to fix my car now. Don't know what to do now.

She was also very nice. Although It only took 20 minutes to complete the job, it could have been 2 hours. I wouldn't have cared because the lobby was clean with plush furniture, almost like a coffee shop. I could have spent the day there relaxing and surfing the internet on my phone, but they completed the work promptly, and I was forced to return to adulting.

So I paid nearly $7000 to have half the components on my engine that they SWAPPED OVER from the last engine, go out. in the pictures your looking at my receipt for the engine shop, some of the half butt work they've done, breaking multiple clips and just zip tie them to the engine which ended up causing a misfire because the ignition coil was fkn zip tied down. Not sure what world they live in, but that is not acceptable customer service. As it turned out, I took my truck to Szott Dodge and they put it on the lift and diagnosed it for no charge. That's how you treat customers not trying to rip them off.
