The kitchen sink leaked, and the hot water line was shut off to it, the upstairs toilet and sink had obviously been leaking for years. On top of that 3 weeks into moving in, our hot water heater flooded the basement. There were some odd patch jobs on some of these issues done previously, and we certainly don't have the easiest set up with hodge podge piping, but Mike didn't blink an eye at any of our issues.
