Their price was competitive, and their work was outstanding. After removing the old brick and leveling the ground, they poured the concrete foundation, making sure that the slope was away from our house. Then, a few days later, when the concrete had set, they cut and mortared in the flagstones. CJ Salzano was our main point of contact, and he was always very responsive. The 2 crews that did the actual concrete and masonry work were very friendly, and were very respectful of our property. (When they left, you honestly didn't even know that they had been there.) And of course, the work looks great. We would recommend Salzano to anyone.

There are control joints in place are where it is hoped that the inevitable cracks will happen, unfortunately the cracks in our driveway occurred outside of the control joints. The owner of Salzano's came out to see the cracks and treated them with a product that will hopefully keep them from getting more noticeable. The previous asphalt driveway was probably not even aesthetically pleasing when brand new. The concrete and brick edging from Salzano's is a tremendous improvement still after four years. I just wished the concrete and Mother Nature worked together to have the cracks happen inside the control joints.

Quigley refuses to compensate the dealership for their repair time and we, the consumer, have now been without the vehicle for 2 weeks and will be responsible for the repair cost. Quigley's customer service is beyond frustrating and their relationship with the Ford dealerships is non-existent. We learned when you buy a Quigley product, you have no warranty and it becomes a finger pointing exercise between the dealership and Quigley and the consumer gets stuck paying the bill. Horrible experience with Sabrina and the Quigley Corporation.

After 1 year I could still put my finger in and peel up blacktop. After multiple calls and texts Joe finally came to look at it. Joe said it just needed the top coating/spray. It took an entire year to finally get him to come do that work. It has been a month since he sprayed it and it is STILL peeling up. Joe has told me multiple times that they don't make the asphalt they just lay it. Basically saying that he bought junk asphalt from his vendor and wont properly fix it. I don't understand how I get screwed because J&J bought junk asphalt. I am now going to have to waste time and money researching and hiring a lawyer. There's 20-50 bucket sized areas where you can clearly see the blacktop/asphalt peeling up. I also can't have any weight on the driveway for an extended period of time because it sinks into the blacktop (It is THAT soft)
