Initial quote was for $510 to retrofit a lid and replace the two older check valve's. This price is with me purchasing both the lid and check valves ($110). So I was expecting to spend approximately $620 to get this job done. The first appointment they replaced the check valves and told me the lid I bought (I bought two different sized lids) wouldn't work. They told my wife we needed a 19 inch lid. Charged $244 for that visit and work. I bought a new lid and called them out again. The lid also doesn't work and my wife tells them to just install it, which I acknowledge she shouldn't have done. There was also a copper line that was plumbed in so out of plumb I'm actually surprised it was left like that. Lastly I was charged an additional $466 for this second visit. So I'm out of pocket approximately $830 (including the $110 I spent on parts) for a job I believe was poorly done. I let the point of contact know I wasn't happy with the work done and he said he stands by their work.

My husband continued to call the "call center" for an update and they rescheduled to today (Saturday 8/29) from 9a-11a. Once again, we have been ghosted by the technician and company in general. The "call center" claimed they had nobody else we could talk to and no solution for us - just that our appointment slot was moved to 1p-3p today even though nobody communicated that with us. It is now 3pm and no technician has arrived and the "call center" gave us no solution. The "call center" claims they have no manager or anyone to escalate the issue to even though this is an emergency. This company sure didn't have a problem taking our money when we paid ahead for the supervisor to come out with the camera to look for blockage though!! Absolutely unreal lack of customer service and will NEVER be using this company in the future!!!!
