They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience.
