They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, and there were several areas that were still dirty or had not been properly cleaned. The oven was also supposed to be cleaned after we discussed it beforehand, but it was not. I did not receive the $35 back for the oven cleaning that was not completed. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service afterward. I reached out about my concerns and asked to speak with someone in management, but no one ever followed up with me to resolve the issue. It's extremely frustrating to spend $200 on a service that was supposed to make things easier for me, only to be left disappointed and feeling like I still need to clean things myself -- especially being nine months pregnant.
