Upon first bite, there's a lot of tiny ice crystals and the milk fat felt a lot lower than I expected, almost like skim milk is used. There wasn't much "body" in the ice cream. Maybe it wasn't a good batch but there was plenty left in the bucket in the dipping cabinet. Based on the appearance of the dipping cabinet buckets, I could see a lot of air pockets so I knew it wasn't going to be dense and packed. Overall, maybe I'll try it again if they have Cookie Crumble or Dark Chocolate in stock again.

But now that they post their daily schedule on IG with frequent updates, it's a lot easier to find them! Their whole aesthetic is cute as well.
