The practice has become overly automated, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with staff or the doctor directly. Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.

I'm looking forward to scheduling a wellness visit this upcoming year. The only gripe I have, and this has nothing to do with his office, is that the parking for this building absolutely sucks. The people that run the parking garage are absolutely rude. You're better off parking across the street or finding street parking. Don't bother with leaving your car there.
