I got the medium buffalo and hot garlic. Both sauces were good, but the hot garlic wasn't spicy at all for me. The onion rings were fantastic too. They're massive and the breading has almost a tempura type quality to it, somewhat light but still great crunch. For all my ranch people out there, the ranch is pretty good here too and they weren't stingy with it either. Our server was great and took great care of us. They have a good amount of TVs so it's definitely an option to watch a game at. They also feature lunch and happy hour specials which peaked our interest.

The atmosphere is laid back and inviting as soon as you walk through the door. Clean floors, tables and bathroom. The customer service is second to none. Also tenders or fish can be mixed or matched on flavos. A+ The food was prompt and fresh. I highly recommend this location of Helen's Hot Chicken in Smyrna. We definitely will be back again. every year my daughter and I eat here as a Christmas tradition. the last two years have been disappointing. last year they weren't open and this year you could only order online and when we tried they said they didn't have any wingettes. the sad thing is we drive from out of town only to be this disappointed. we will never come back. read more
