The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. I decided to call RnS Appliance Repair and made an appointment. So glad I did. Ron was very friendly and professional. He pulled out my fridge and was able to diagnose my problem right away. It had to do with the lack of water pressure from my Reverse Osmosis system. Within minutes he had my problem fixed and within hours I could hear the ice falling into my ice bin!! It sounds like any issues others had with him come from having to go through homeowners insurance, so don't go by the other reviews. The service was outstanding and the knowledge and experience that Ron has is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to call RnS again for any appliance repair.

I been trying to communicate with both Sears and RnS appliance to resolve a broken refrigerator since November of 2020 and my problem is still unresolved. I've made several attempts to communicate with the office staff April. She is rude and does not return phone calls. As a company that does warranty repair work they have you believe their only way of communicating with Sears is to sit for hours on hold, which is highly doubtful. They also want you to believe there is only one appliance tech that services multiple counties. It seems between RnS appliance and Sears the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you cannot get any straight answers from the staff. Most recently after a long wait of 3 months for a part to repair my refrigerator I called to schedule an appointment to complete the repair. It was at that time I was notified by April, a staff member that my work order was closed. She could not give me any reasonable explanation on who closed my work order , why it was closed or when. April told me she would find out more information and call me back which she neglected to do so. This has happened several times where she has failed to call you back. She is rude and incompetent and makes no attempt to help you resolve your issue. Avoid this company at all cost. I have been trying to resolve a broken appliance issue that was reported before thanksgiving of 2020 and neither this company nor Sears makes any attempt to update you, work with you or keep the customer informed. They also have a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau Not recommended
