The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

They started work and told us the leak was behind the wall in the 2nd bathroom. They scoped again and the leak moved to behind the bathtub. they opened up the wall and started jackhammering the cement floor. I was taken into the 2nd bathroom and shown where the leak was and it wasn't anywhere near the original spot, they supposedly said it was. They worked for 5 days at our home, they took super long breaks, they worked until 9pm, they didn't have the supplies and took hours to come back from Home Depot. They came back with ugly tile, this fiasco cost us $5800 total. We do not recommend this company for plumbing services!

I was the one that was a little upset upset because because all houses have a drain out. He explained to me that it depends on the builder the bills the house, but he pointed on top of the roof and said that's it. He explained to me that there would be an additional cost to go up on the roof to unclog the pipe. I agree to the price and he set up his equipment and spent time doing his job. We had several different conversations as he was working, he was nice and professional kept a smile on his face working and eventually he unclogged it. I was very happy, but he told me the situation was that there was route that broke the pipe and he would located and tell me what he did was in the front lawn, and that most likely the problem would return he gave me some estimates and I was OK with them. I just want to say that this gentleman was very patient with an old man very patient. I appreciate the service. Appreciate a good job be done and while he was here, my toilet was running water. I asked him. Did he have any parts to own his truck to fix the running toilet? He said he did. He told me the price he repaired it and added to the other price and he done an excellent job with the excellent attitude. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Victorville to anyone.

we called roto rooter about our toilet being clogged…read more they told us it was a free estimate. after he inspected the toilet, he advised us that we needed a new toilet then he charged us $200. which we paid. then he got our permission to go out and buy a new toilet before we knew it, after everything was said, and done, then we owed another $325.00 the receipt didn't even explain what all the different chargers were to equal this amount of money. first, we paid $200, then later it was another $325, without anything being itemized on the invoice. we have no idea of the type of toilet he bought, or any other expenses that were incurred i believe that we totally overpaid for the services, and got taken advantage of. we would greatly appreciate getting some of our money refunded back to us, for the lack of communication, and no breakdown of the different costs on the invoice.
