The drying and straightening of my hair fell into the promised time. I was offered coffee, tea, or water. The chair wasn't super comfortable - maybe I'm made too short to fit it well, but the backside only hit me mid-back. Overall, my hair feels cleans and it's straight, but is still holding a lot of volume. This is the second experience at Drybar where I've come home to flat iron my hair. I also don't notice a difference in my hair from the treatment, which was an additional $15. My stylist was friendly and I appreciated having a quiet morning flipping through a magazine and my phone. BUT ... Overall though, Drybar prices have increased in a way that doesn't match the experience. $75 plus tip?! Nope. I could go to my hair stylist for a cut and walk out with the same dried look.
