Correct me if I'm wrong but as of December 10, 2022 NYS law states that "Gift Cards And Gift Certificates Cannot Expire Within Nine Years, Will Not Decline In Value Due To Various Fees." Prior to December 10, 2022, (gift certificate purchased 04/22) gift certificates could not expire less than 5 years from issue date. Management was so rude after I recieved an unacceptably bad manicure that I won't be giving them anymore of my money. The nail techs there are so nice and professional, but Management treated me like someone trying to hussle them not like a long time loyal customer who has never complained in 4 years. I really treasured going there every two weeks with my mom but clearly they dont care about that loyalty. Very disappointing but there's lots of other nail salons id rather give my money to at this point.

She was very nice. She did a thorough job on my gnarly winter feet. She worked very hard to remove dead skin from the bottoms of my feet. This was after the callus removal treatment. Very portion of my feet was smooth. My toenails looked great naked! My feet looked much healthier, smoother and downright pretty! The foot massage was wonderful. I splurged and had a chair back massage which was also very relaxing. The prices were reasonable and my nail technician took her time. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. In my review I said: "have had some good manicures here and then other manicures that have just been ok. In this instance, I felt like I had a distinctly below average manicure. Interestingly, for the four times I have been to this salon, I have had three different manicurists, but have only ever booked under the two names that are available. This booking was under Zorya. I think what started off the service wrong was my nails were cut down unevenly and then filed poorly. As context, I have very strong nails that grow long, don't break, and have always grown very straight. But after the cut and file, my two middle fingers were left crooked. Additionally, I said I wanted an oval shape for my nails, and every nail is distinctly different shaped: round, oval, almond and square on ine of them. Before you ask if I told her my qualms with the shape, I did: when she finished with the first hand, I had her try and attempt twice to fix it, but it just didn't seem as if it was getting better.When we moved on to the next hand, I also asked her to reshape the middle finger as that one also looked off. When I commented on this she said "some fingers are crooked" and that just simply is not true in my case. I just don't think that this manicure reflected the best work, and it's disappointing to have not felt fully happy with my nails afterwards. I have also now noticed peeling at the top of the nail and it's been two days which never happens to me when I use dazzle dry. Incredibly frustrating." To this, the business owner responded "At a nail salon, all the technicians can do is decorate your nails as is. After all, they were just technicians, not magicians. Fortunately, bright red can cover up all the problems, so you can fool yourself. If you're brave enough to face it, wipe off the red and take a picture, you'll find that our nail technician didn't say anything wrong. Of course, you can insist that your hand is straight. I still hope to see a picture of your hands now, without nail polish. Whether it's straight or crooked, an objective evaluation will be more truthful. This is really nothing serious. We sincerely wish you all the best; you will definitely meet the perfect chiropractor for you. By the way sweetie, Dazzle dry does indeed last a long lasting polish, but it also depends on how you use your hands. Thank you for your understanding. Wishing you a wonderful day!" I've never had a business respond to honest feedback that way. It is also deeply concerning that me reflecting my literal experience elicited this response. It's nonsensical and insulting. As I said before and will say again: incredibly disappointing.
