Came in to get some cigars to help celebrate our first grandbaby and we were treated so nice!! Customer Service was behind great. So many selections didn't feel overwhelmed. The guy was so patient told him what we were looking for.

You're home away from home. Wanna chill by yourself and watch the game? Or are you the social type? Whatever it is, this lounge and its amazing atmosphere/people got what you need! Great selection of cigars and people who know what they're talking about. The community you'll meet in this lounge in particular is the best people you'll ever have the joy of experiencing. Your family, your escape, genuine people who will be there for you. That's what Helios is, its more than a cigar

I stopped by after lunch with a friend to grab a few cigars to go. A good friend of mine recommended I check out Helios because of their selection. Mike was incredibly helpful and gave me some great recommendations based on the types of cigars I smoke. The selection here was fantastic: Fuente, Padron, Oliva, Caldwell, AJ Fernandez, Pepin and Tatuaje and so much more. The staff and folks there smoking were incredibly hospitable and as I was getting ready to take off I was suckered into staying to smoke and I'm glad I did. Everyone was great. I stayed and smoked the "951" house blend which I was told had about 3 years of age. Delicious cigar. I was also fortunate enough to get a couple of "La Vereda" by Crowned Heads which is super hard to find and a couple of nice Tatuaje cigars I haven't tried. Price point everything was at a great value, even the samplers were priced really well. I think you should check out Helios, you won't be disappointed! I will be back for sure!

Helios Lounge What makes a good Cigar Lounge? Is it service? Surroundings and amenities? Maybe it's uniqueness of cigars found only at that lounge! This lounge Is both a little pice of art and uniqueness. This lounge is perfectly located in a picturesque shopping plaza near restaurants and retailers. Tony, the warm and vibrant, bearded cigar lover greeted me as I walked in. We hit it off instantly chatting about cigars and art! My absolute 2 favs. The lounge itself is small (700sqft maybe), but packs a big creative punch. Where they lack in serving alcoholic beverages, they make up for in its amazing House Blend cigar selection. The lounge is open with a big family room feel, however there are 3 distinct sitting areas. As you enter, a sitting area is strategically placed by a huge picture window that lets you see the people walk by. There is a middle section near the beverage fridge that's a perfect spot to watch TV... and a small corner in the back for conversations and some privacy if you're on a date or don't want to be bothered. I was so delighted to meet some of the local patrons like Dwayne, a passionate thinker, Tony an art buff and former art teacher, and Shawn an up and coming cigar lounge owner! The bathrooms were clean, but the sign in the bathroom "gentleman's lounge" was a little off putting for me... loved the sensual artwork throughout but this spot definitely catered to the male audience. Thank you, guys for letting me chat with you about cigars, art and all the current events. It was a relaxing evening.

I can give you my personal guarantee any of the gentlemen working the counter will provide you with progressional courtesy and assistance you with your cigar needs. The selection is premium family grown tabacco mostly. They remain with you in the humidor in case you may have questions regarding tabacco selection. However, they will also provide you enough privacy you can make your selections comfortably if you are novice. Great place altogether! I've been a returning customer for about three years now. Btw there are two separate lounge areas should you want to beat the heat and enjoy your stogie.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great atmosphere, excellent customer service! They have a great selection of top quality cigars. Plenty of oversized leather chairs that are very comfortable! My wife and I stopped here after I looked top cigars lounges on the internet. I found them on Facebook and had been wanting to visit ever since. The owner Amit is very friendly and knowledgable. No need to feel uncomfortable if your just getting into cigars, he makes you feel like no question is a dumb question. I know because we asked him a lot :) He also rolls his own. My wife bought a few of his infused cigars and loved them, She normally smokes Tatiana Vanillas. Anyhow great guy and Cool place. I recommend you check out Helios Cigar Lounge. read more

Classy looking place. On a hot day this is perfect to hang out. I have one complaint though. I bought a tin of pipe tobacco and when I got home I realized I paid twice what I would have paid online. That's not good value. I know this sounds like sour grapes but I'm not happy to have paid double for this. The town center must charge businesses a fortune if they have to mark stuff up this high. read more

I cannot begin to explain how much I enjoyed myself at Helios Cigar Lounge. Amit is such a hospitable and knowledgeable owner; he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole time we were there. When we first walked in I was a little nervous because we are novice cigar smokers, but it didn't matter! Amit showed us exactly what to do and we were puffing like semi-pros in no time. And the customers! Everyone knows everyone but it didn't feel like we were intruding. They all spoke to us and made us feel welcome. It's like Cheers in there! Everybody knows your name! The grand opening was amazing! Great cigar lounge with an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.The humidor has everything from major brands to boutiques and with four big screen T.V's you can watch your favorite sporting event while enjoying a premium cigar. If you get hungry there are planty of restaurants only footsteps away. Helios cigar lounge is an oasis in the Inland Empire for both the novice and aficionado cigar smoker. Helios is a great addition to the area. I try to go in once a week to pick up one or two cigars for the weekend. Met some friends here for the grand opening. I am not an experience cigar smoker and but the staff was very nice about recommending "starter-level" cigars. The prices were quite reasonable being that it is the only product sold in the lounge. (no cover charge or memberships schemes). Very comfortable extra wide chair/extremely short couches (chouchs?!) big screen TVs and a nice pool table. If you are looking for a spot to just chill with some friends alternative to a bar scene, i recommend this place. read more

Helios cigar lounge is the BEST lounge I have been to. The owner is a straight up guy ( also incredible at pool). I can go in any day of the week and the owner will treat me as if I'm his family. The lounge has 5 big screen LED high DEF TVs and a nice sized fridge with a variety of soft drinks, which go well during movie night or game night. The cigar selection is AMAZING and very reasonably priced. ( if you like Helios on FB you will receive specials of the day usually $2-$3 off) I honestly wish I could rate this place 1,000,000 Starz. read more

My friends and I go about once a week and always have a blast. The owner and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. A great place to come and relax after a hard day at work. Great prices cigars and other stuff. If you need something to eat he has the local restaurants menu's and they will deliver right to the lounge, it is great. We're happy to go elsewhere.

Wow ! What a place. I really think Riverside needed a place like this with a great ambiance, soft lights, sweet and peppery aroma of fine cigars to very plush comfortable leather sofas. I mean you walk in and there is this smiling face of Amit Mehra who is the owner. His knowledge of fine cigars and picking the right brand for your palate is his special skill. There is a pool table for patrons to enjoy or watch games on the big screen TV's all over the walls. For me just want to sink in one of those sofas and enjoy the quite lights of the lounge while enjoying my favorite cigar. I really recommend everyone who is a cigar connoisseur or enjoys it once in a while to go stop by and say hello to Amit. You will enjoy the trip to this beautiful lounge. read more

I attended the grand opening of Helios Cigar Lounge last night. All I can say is, Wow. The place is beautiful. From the beauty of the shopping center itself to the warm inviting atmosphere in the lounge, I really can't think of anything that could have been done better. They have a great selection of premium cigars at competitive prices. The owner is friendly and very welcoming. With plenty of comfortable leather sofas and chairs, four big screen TVs and a pool table this will be my new "home away from home". I can't wait to see how this place develops over time. read more

******By far the best cigar lounge!!!!! Great cigar selection, couches and beverages selection. The owner is very knowledgeable about his products (cigars) very kind and welcoming owner. I've been coming here since opening day! I gotta tell you what I like the most is the diverse clientele this lounge has. If you cant handle adult conversations of any source then I would recommend for you to just relax and enjoy the great prices this lounge has. Keep in mmd alot of us are regulars and have been coming for the last 4 years and have became great friends!! read more

Love this place! Been here about three times, but each time has been fantastic. The prices are lower than you'd expect out here in Cali, and the clientele are a riot. I met the owner Amit on my second time in here and he helped me through every step when finding the right cigar for me. Very knowledgeable! I'd say the employees and the owner are terrific at their jobs, and the atmosphere is super laid back and relaxing. Definitely going to come back to Helios in the future! read more

I attended the grand opening of the lounge on Saturday the 16th. I couldn't have asked for a better time. For it being a grand opening everything seemed to run flawlessly. Everything was excellent from the selection of premium cigars, the very well appointed leather furniture, large screen TVs, very nice pool table etc. etc. It had a real home feeling to it. If it wasn't so far away I could see myself spending a lot of time there. Thanks again for such a Great Time!!! read more

This business exhibits discriminatory and unprofessional behavior in their practices. Observe the rude nature of their behavior when you visit the lounge. I warn everyone, don't complain the owner is extremely vindictive and he'll retaliate. Even to his own detriment professionally. read more

The selection of cigars are amazing...from your regular to to heavy smoke and the ambiance is perfect with big tv's on the wall for games and the owner Amit is great himself, the grand opening was a fun night and played pool. Thanks Helios for the good times will be back soon. read more
