She gently guides your attention and breath to areas that are tense and not flowing and promotes a sense of unity throughout the body. My experiences with her made me so much more aware of the emotional component of pain. Often when she would be focusing on an area that was causing me pain I would suddenly become aware of some issue that I was holding onto or strong emotion and as suddenly as I noticed it I would let it go along with the pain. Truly amazing. After seeing Nicole I would often leave feeling at peace and in harmony...a feeling that lasted long after our sessions. I initially started seeing her after an injury and with her help the chronic pain that was bothering me eventually went away all together. Now that I am pregnant I plan on seeing her again for both chiropractic care and HypnoBirthing coaching.

Our family of 5 have been seeing her for the last 2 years with great success to treat acute and chronic issues, whether it be back pain, hip pain, colds, toxicity overload, insomnia or nervousness. My kids beg me to go and see her, she has a gift with them. She has a kind and nurturing personality and truly cares for her patients. Her office is calm and inviting, with various Feng Shui accents. Each visit is a mini-retreat in itself. Her fees are fair. She is our go-to doctor whenever we have a health concern. I highly recommend her care, you will not only have your health problems taken care of but you will also feel pampered. It is one of the most relaxing experiences you will get.

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

Coming…read morefrom the "hospital experience" and a big OB group with our first child, we were disappointed with the impersonal care we had received but also somewhat nervous to try an out of hospital birth. Palms Birth House made all the difference in the world. We can't say enough how (1) personal and friendly the front office staff was (they know your name when you call and are INCREDIBLY responsive!) (2) how patient and kind Elizabeth, the midwife, was at every visit (she spends as much time with you as you need, there's no rush to get you out the door) and (3) how professional and calm Elizabeth was during our fast-middle of the night-on a holiday-home birth. Palms Birth House treated us with dignity and compassion, and I will never consider another hospital birth again. Thank you for showing us how wonderful birth can be!

Finding them and getting to travel the journey of pregnancy and delivery in their care will forever be one of the great blessings of my life. Elizabeth is extraordinary. We wanted to have an experience birthing our son that felt natural and with as little intervention as possible and we had just that. At every step Elizabeth had the perfect answer for any question or concern that I brought to her or stories of friends birthing issues that I was concerned about. She was easily able to express how she would handle those moments if we found ourselves there. Throughout the pregnancy she was relaxed and gave us all the information to make the decisions we needed to make without making us feel stressed or imposed upon. We laughed at every visit and looked forward to seeing them all even though it was a 35 minute drive from our home in Jupiter! From my very first call, when Tiffany answered, she was full of helpful information and that's remained true to this day. Everyone goes above and beyond. It is nothing like an experience you would have at a doctor's office where the wait times are long and they have you in and out quickly. The service is so personalized it's truly amazing. My mom could never get over how long Elizabeth spent with us at each check up. If we have more children it will definitely be with them and I highly recommend it to any mama looking to bring baby into the world in a most loving and tender but also intelligent and safe environment!
