I needed a new engine , and was dealing with a warranty company that was not so great. And they took care of the whole process, step by step they kept me in the loop with pictures and processes. With the frustration any one would had said forget it we don't want the head ache but not them. When anything seemed off they went to extra mile to get it fix the right way, there job is to never see me again for the same issue . In a good way and you can tell they are doing that. Every one is super friendly and they gave a loaner knowing it was my only way to get back and forth from work. I drive an Audi and even the Audi dealership wasn't this good. I can't wait to get my baby back but at least I know it is in great hands .

The guys at k2 auto took me the same day I called and checked out my car. In the city, just to be seen, would have been a $150 diagnostic fee. The guys here looked at it and said it was just AC condensation. So I asked what I owed and he said "no charge. I didn't do anything." That wouldn't have stopped the city from charging.
