To drop and oil pan and change a filter that is easily accessible?! $235 becomes $845??? I will give a second star only for the girls at the counter. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I doubt I will ever visit this shop in the future. I ended up just doing it myself. Value and honesty could improve.

I was over my miles a little bit and went into Elmwood to see what my options were. The only options that they had were at a payment higher than I could afford with at least $5,000 down. Feeling discouraged, I explored other options and that is when I was contacted by someone at Grieco. After explaining my situation, I was asked to come in and see if they could do anything for me just to help get me out of my current lease. After stopping into Grieco one night, I was approached by Joe DonFrancesco who talked with me for a little bit to get some information from me about the current status of my lease and what I was hoping to get out of it. Joe just wanted to understand all points of view and he got his manager Steve Mello involved. Between the two of them, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease with them being that it was my first time in their dealership. Steve and Joe were able to find me a 2018 Charger Indigo Blue, which was the color I wanted with my previous Charger but they didn't have any available at the time and this was the only 1 in New England so I kind of lucked out. Steve and Joe kept working and grinding the numbers for me to get me to a payment that I believe I could afford and with only putting down a little bit of money which I can understand and was happy to do in order to get the car that I truly wanted. All in all, Joe and Steve were great throughout the entire process. Even after Joe and Steve did their job, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, Anthony, was exceptional as well and had everything ready for me to sign so I could take my wife out to a nice dinner in my beautiful new car! I scheduled a time to have it fixed and it was ready when he said it would be. The price was also reasonable and the repair work is solid.

What WAS the problem was as soon as the car wash arms started moving I noticed the drivers side arms didn't have any soap coming out. Either frozen or blocked, some was dribbling out so I'd assume blocked. Then the passenger side arm came from the back to the front doing the same. At the end, I had paid$12.00 for the premium wash, the passenger side arms dropped all in the floor the hot wax. As soon as I pulled out I looked at the car and it was to no surprise ,,, Dirty still I asked the gas attendant for my money back, he shoved money at me yelling " IM NOT THE BOSS" " you go down there"!! Pointing towards Main St. I asked him why I should drive somewhere when he could simply call his boss? And why not close the car wash because there were many more cars in line at that point. He just yelled again "I'm not the Boss!!" I will NEVER stop at this location again. Beware Once I got in the car and went to put the money away I noticed he gave me $8. Instead of $12.
