My one prior experience with mammograms (completed at a different center) was very painful, embarrassing, and overall terrible. I was definitely thinking this would be similar. How pleased am I that this was not the case! From check in to procedure, all staff was kind, friendly and accommodating. The imaging technician, Maria, and sonographer, Chloe, were informative and thorough. The office is clean and dressing area comfortable enough. I appreciated the baby wipes which were helpful for removing the gel and Chloe's use of warmed ultrasound gel. After my studies, the radiologist came out and spoke directly with me about my results. What great customer service!!! This is the first time I've had a study and received the results immediately from a physician. My primary feedback is environmental: please consider heating the rooms. The rooms are very very cold... add topless to the mix, and I was quite uncomfortable.

I would not want anyone in our situation to waste their time with him. After a nice initial consult and completing a mountain of testing (including genetics and an HSG at another facility), I was unable to get any information, discussion of results, or advice about next steps for treatment. I left many messages and voicemails. Once, when I asked for a follow up consultation with Dr. Allen I was told that it was "too soon" and that I should just call when I got my period (for what treatment? Unclear). The only call I ever received was from his nurse where I was prescribed a thyroid medication, even though my results were in the normal range. I later learned this protocol was based on old, disproven research. The medicine made me so sick and when I couldn't get Dr. Allen to discuss it with me, I just stopped taking it. In the end, we have had success with another fertility doctor in LA who has been responsive, communicative and shares our sense of urgency. Dr. Allen was none of those things.

I scheduled, received several text messages to be on time and threatening additional fees for late cancellations. I arrived a few minutes early for my ultrasound and was told it would be 30 minutes because they were not in the office. I waited 30 minutes, then asked how much longer, they said possibly another 10 minutes. I will look for treatment elsewhere.

He's well educated having graduated UPENN medicine followed by Columbia, while still keeping current on evolving scientific research and data. I recently went to physical therapy at Sutter/Sansum for "low complexity issue" neck pain. My…read moreinitial appointment lasted ~40 minutes and I liked the physical therapist I saw, but I was then hit with a $450 bill after my insurance discount for this appointment. This is exactly 3x more than the bill I received for an initial 1 hour appointment for a similar issue at another provider in town (I went to Hayashida last year, which has now been bought out by Sutter. Coincidence? Probably not). In both cases I had not met my deductible, so this is not the reason for the huge price difference, they actually just billed way more at Sutter. I tried fighting this bill and Sutter's billing department's responses were confusing and misleading--presumably intentionally so. They also claimed that this is "fair market value" for the services provided. From my experience and what I've heard from everyone I've spoken to in town, it is not FMV. Unfortunately, all of my care is currently through Sutter but after this experience I am looking into switching to different providers despite really liking many of them. I strongly recommend avoiding Sutter Physical Therapy and Sutter in general.

I believe she is involved in insurance fraud as she billed my insurance for a procedure she did not perform. She cannot take responsibility nor accountability for mistakes or oversights that she or her staff does, gaslights the patient by twisting or misstating the truth. She even lies about statements she writes in mychart messages, the evidence is in writing, from her, and she'll deny she said it. If you choose her, I suggest recording everything that is said so you have proof when she lies about it later.

Dr. Craig was kind but did not seem to be invested in helping us with our infertility. I had to ask for her to order tests as we had had none done by this point. She said I was not really a candidate to use Clomid but it was worth giving it one shot. 3 weeks later I ended up in urgent care in terrible pain. Likely from the Clomid. I later found out I was given much to high a dose and I should have been monitored closely and given a shot of a pregnancy hormone to get the drug to work correctly. I will never go back.

Throughout my pregnancy, she made every appointment special by doing an ultrasound every time, which was such a comforting touch. She's empathetic, funny, genuinely excited to see you, and her top priority is always you and your baby's health. During my labor, there was a moment of downtime when she had to step out for an emergency, and the nurses mentioned I might be heading toward a c-section. But when Dr. Ramos came back, she was confident, determined, and fully focused on getting my baby here safely & vaginally--and she delivered in every sense of the word. Postpartum, when I suspected I had mastitis, I called the office, and they got me in that same evening. Dr. Ramos made sure I had what I needed before it turned into something worse. Since moving back to Orange County, I still haven't found a doctor like her. She's one of a kind, and here I am writing a review a year later--but boy, does she deserve it! Jack says hi!

I had a great experience with Dr. Rashti, and I highly recommend him as an OB…read more When I was pregnant with my first, I was seeing a different OB and she was fine but she was constantly overbooked, I never got to have any say in the day or time since she always had zero openings, the appointments were approximately 3-5 minutes long, she didn't remember me or my name at all even when I'd been seeing her for many months. I didn't like that experience and actually met Dr. Rashti in the hospital while I was in labor for that pregnancy. I really loved his presence and personality, so when I got pregnant with my second I immediately knew I wanted Dr. Rashti to be my OB. I called his office and was able to get an appointment quickly and on a day and time that worked with my schedule, the appointments were longer and I was actually able to get questions answered, talk about what to expect, talk about our lives, and he really got to know us. We ended up with a C-section and he did such an amazing job. I haven't had any issues with pain at all, and the scar is virtually non-existent. He checked in with us multiple times afterwards to make sure healing was going well. Overall it was a great experience, worth every penny.
