I went there to get my toes done as normal and had a lady service me. Normally I don't need to go into detail of what I want besides just 2 acrylic toe nails and shellac square toenails so I let her do her thing and I'm a very shy person so I just paid and tipped and try to be ok with it. I woke up still unsatisfied so I went back and ask if I could just get the 2 that were off looking fixed and the lady who services me quickly snapped asking me why I said it looked ok yesterday after I stated that I wasn't satisfied after the fact. She goes on to talk in her language to the other people working there loudly and then tried to charge me $25 to fix it. I declined the service and went to Tango who fixed their fuck up for $10! This place is full of shit and don't recommend! Tango will now on be my nail shop in Huntsville!!! I loved my experience here. I'm autistic so it's hard for me to communicate exactly what I want and for me to get comfortable. I showed pictures and got exactly what I asked for despite my poor communication skills. I found myself getting relaxed almost immediately after they started. Wouldn't choose them again. The service during my scheduled appointment wasn't horrible but was disappointing. We walked in and were immediately told to sit down at tech desks. The lady was unnecessarily quite short with my daughter telling her to move when she sat where the nail tech wanted me to sit. We were not given any time to look at colors or nail options. When I asked about the colors for a full set the tech tossed a key ring of samples to(at) me. My daughter who was there for her first pedicure ever wasn't even asked to pick a color for her nails. Just not the best experienced. Afterwards my nails looked good and so does my youngest daughter's toes; but my older daughter (the one who they rushed to sit down; her nails were crooked and within a week have all begun falling off. *Note that I had scheduled this appointment in advance. Such a great experience!! I walked in the first time, they told me it would be a while if I wanted to wait I could or come back with an appointment. I decided to come back, waited a few hours and then went back. They greeted me as I walked in, I let them know I had an appointment and they told me they'd be with me shortly. A few minutes after my scheduled appointment passed a lady apologized for the wait, the person ahead of me took a little longer than expected. I was dealing with a rowdy kid as well so it was just very rude of him to treat me like that. I love love this place, their affordable it's nice and I love my nails! I did my nails + eyebrows for $55! The only downside is she was really aggressive/: she cut multiple of my fingers with the drill and they were bleeding for a fue hours and my hands kinda hurt lol but all good! After I paid the 140$ this lady went in to talk about me to my sister and the workers and customers that my nails look ugly like she wasn't the one that did it. If I could give zero stars for rating, I would have because I strongly feel that it is appropriate to Illustrate the unprofessionalism of this establishment. I don't live in Huntsville but I go to Sam Houston State University and I commute from Houston. Therefore I usually get my nails done in Houston. I've been to this nail salon only twice just to repair 1 broken nail two different times. I only decided not to refill because I was getting ready for Juneteenth celebration & wanted to refill after. On the third time I went I wanted to repair seven broken nails because I just got the other two fixed less than a A week ago and it was still fresh. She refuse to let me do that and said that I had to do all The nails off or nothing.
