On 8/24/2020 I was told that my Vitamin D was low along with a few other minor vitamin deficiencies. I was told that I would be put on a schedule to come to the office and have these vitamins administered by IV. I told Carla Brook that I was not going to be administering anything by IV and the costs quoted was outrageous. I requested a copy of my labs to be posted to my portal. Nearly three years later, they have never provided me with the lab results that I paid for and simply ignore my requests. I've now requested that my information in their custody and on their portal be destroyed and my account closed. No answer. I can't speak for the glowing reviews this practice gets because this is the worst I have ever experienced.

He ended up buying both deals off of Groupon for us. I went in with no expectations. I did previously get a syringe of vollure in my lips at a different office and saw little difference. Her office is very clean, I went in and was greeted with a very friendly staff. Dr. Melamed took us in and began our consultation before our procedures. I told her that I have had Juvederm vollure injected, 6 months prior, in November at a different office. I also mentioned that I was looking for more volume with this appointment. She advised that she would recommend that we inject Juvederm ultra plus instead of the Juvederm ultra in order to achieve the results i was looking for. She had her assistant in the room with us to have a second set of eyes and opinion. She made adjustments throughout the procedure as needed and I cannot he happier with my results. I had such a great experience that I've continued using their services. Recently I had a hydro facial with Bridget and I didn't realize how dry my skin was! It was amazing and I'll definitely be going back regularly to take better care of my aging skin. Most recently in March 2025, I saw Patrick for my first ever Botox experiment. I then made an appointment, not worried, because when I explained what happened with my boyfriend the receptionist assured me it would be $100 for an office visit AND told me she called my insurance to confirm. But guess what, I just got my bill and was charged $220 for an office visit. Over double the price! Spoke to other medical professionals and they told me it was because he didn't stitch it tight enough. Makes sense because right when I got in the car blood was literally dripping down and out of my face and I thought it was normal for some reason.. it wasn't. Ever since I got the surgery I told him something wasn't right but then I was charged again for him to fix what he messed up. even tho I told him the next day after surgery. Also I was completely over charged. Should have shopped around more or talked to more people because my cousin was charged half the price for the exact same surgery and when I asked other surgeons afterwards, they told me it should have be half the price I paid. Unfortunately I got ripped off and have a permanent scar on my face. I tried emailing them but no response so unfortunately I'm left leaving this bad review. Also- Nicole the nurse will try to negotiate with you.. it so sad.
