I left feeling like I had received more of a sales presentation than a detailed orthodontic consultation. Their pricing was comparable to other orthodontists in the area, so cost wasn't a deciding factor for me. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the office offers gift card incentives for leaving reviews. I can't say how much that affects their overall rating, but I do think it's worth knowing when looking at the large number of five-star reviews. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind, and I genuinely think the quality of treatment here is probably very good. I don't believe I would have had any major complaints if I had chosen this practice. When she took my X-rays she would rush to take the bite stick out of my mouth as she could tell it wasn't comfortable, cleaned my teeth very well and did a great job around the permanent retainer I have on my lower teeth-last dentist office scraped the glue off and I had to have it replaced. I will request Jessica as my hygienist the next time I visit. When I met Dr. Sutton, he was very friendly and nice. I had a…read moredental emergency Thursday night (leading into Labor Day weekend) as my front left veneer fell off. I called that night asking for an emergency appointment. They called me at 7 am the next morning and got me in at 11am that day (keep in mind- I am not even a patient of theirs). The dentist was great and re attached my veneer after numbing my mouth. He educated me on future complications/what to avoid/what to watch for. His assistant was wonderful. I have had no problems since (knock on wood). The next day (so Saturday), the same gal who called me at 7am called to check on me. The best customer service I think I have ever had in my life. Again, I will be switching to this office. My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!
