They communicated the steps along the way. The original usb was repaired and they transferred the data to an external hard drive. Everything was finished on Tuesday. This place wanted to charge me more than $2000 total to recover files from my 1TB hard drive. After the free diagnosis/evaluation, they had an $275 starting service fee on top of the $1800 they said it would cost to fix the damages and recover my files. AND it would be another $88 for them to provide a replacement hard drive. Talk about some serious over charging and hidden fees. This was not something I could afford and after some time, they did offer to give me a discount but at that point I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation.

Also, when I went to pick up originally, there was a lighter spot in the top corner screen of my watch. Very small. Turns out they hadn't pressed the screen down in that area. Another fix that took an additional week. I would've been okay with a month turnaround had they mentioned it before. I think with more attention to detail and some organization they could really be great. Giving 3 stars because even though my watch took a while and they lost my contact information, they still fixed it. It comes with a warranty and they gave me some money off to accommodate all the errors.
