I scheduled a technician from Xfinity to come out. When they arrived they told me that they couldn't fish an Ethernet or install a coaxial outlet. He sends me a link to HelloTech to schedule this job for the same day from 5pm-6pm (this is at 10am). The appointment is specifically scheduled for 6pm a couple hours after. I wait until 5:21pm and noticed a missed phone call from 9 minutes prior 5:12pm. I immediately call back, and confirm I want to stick with my appointment time. While calling a get a text notification saying my 6pm appointment had been pushed to 4pm the next day. When I asked how that's possible I get a response that says "techs can reschedule". Super annoying to wait around all day on a weekend and then get rescheduled at the drop of a hat. read more

Absolutely unbelievable horror. first, they attached my TV so low to the furniture that the remote could not read the sensor unless I raised my hand over my head. Second, they overcharged me with no explanation or communication as to why. The price quoted was $332.80 and they put 388.40 on the card. Your Tech Omar H called 1 hour before the appt. And asked if I was allset for the work. I told him I was but wasn't sure if I had the all the right supplies needed. He said it wasn't a problem, he would come ck out the job and if he need anything we would go get it at store. I told him I was just sitting at home waiting for him. He asked if I would like him to come earlier. I told it wouldn't be a problem, He arrived 30min later. He ck out the job and had it up in working probably within 30 to 45 minutes. He didn't need any of the cables I had, But he had brought a cable that did the job. He was quiet, knowledgeable of what he was doing. Horrible service. I requested an asap remote service call for a computer tune up at apprx 11 AM on Sat., 2/10/18. I expected that being that it was the weekend I would hear from someone within 8 hours (thought that was generous) being that it didn't require an on site visit. To my dismay, I didn't even get a confirmation, let alone a response until more than 48 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to sit and wait for a reply as like most people I have a career that takes me out of the house Mon - Fri from 7 AM - 3 PM. So when I finally talked to a "rep" 4 days later I asked what my expectations of ASAP should be? When I couldn't get an acceptable answer I asked that a supervisor/manager contact me after 4 PM that day (2/13/18) as I was at work and didn't have the computer that needed svc with me and I was at work. They called me back within an hour at apprx noon (I had asked for after 4 as I was at work) and said they would wait to hear from me.... POOR customer service!! Very dissatisfied and as I had just signed up for this horrible service will be canceling and disputing charges through my bank... HELLOTECH you SUCK!!! read more
