No empathy. Just cruel profit-driven intentions. I can no longer afford to fix my phone AGAIN right before break. My phone was moderately alright before you guys touched it. I can't believe that you can look at a college-aged girl, struggling to breathe when the price to fix her only point of contacting her family 1000 miles away, and then say "Yeah, you weren't expecting that price were you." I am appalled. As I sat for three hours, missing two classes with mandatory attendance to get my phone fixed, it took another hour to get the wifi password to not be stranded in the middle of Gainesville.
