Now these bastards cut their chicken tenders in half and raise the prices. This place is Dunzo.

So I thought this was Korean fried chicken, but it's definitely just fried chicken. To be honest, I'm a little disappointed because it wasn't Korean fried chicken as advertised, but putting that aside-- this is pretty good. It's a hit or miss though. The first time I got the breast & wing combo, and that was cold and not that great. The next time, I decided to get the chicken tenders combo instead because I thought it would be a safer order-- and it was! The tenders were moist and crunchy. I do like how the fries are curly fries. The combos come with a drink, a side (the sides are abnormally small though, as you can see the cole slaw is in the same container as the sauce), a sauce, and bread. The bread is not good, it reeks of butter, and not in a good way. The spicy devil sauce is very good, and definitely complements the chicken/fries really well. Overall, for the value it's definitely worth a try. I would definitely come back because of the affordability, portion size, and fried chicken cravings.

Best fried chicken I've had in Cleveland! They first advertised themselves as a Korean fried chicken restaurant, but they just sell regular fried chicken. Nevertheless the regular fried chicken was delicious and the food is inexpensive. I've had the chicken thighs with the side of fried macaroni and cheese. The fried macaroni is definitely a novelty that actually tastes good, but they only gave two pieces. I wish they gave more. The chicken drumsticks were crunchy in just the right amount, and the drumsticks were large enough to feed myself and my companion. There's plenty of tables outside to social distance. The interior also has a ton of space, but it's hard to social distance if there are already more than three parties sitting already. Parking is tough to find. You're better off parking at the parking garage on Ford Drive, which is only a minute walk away.

After Guthrie's chicken tenders started to get greasy, we moved to Cane's. We still like their tenders best. Popeye's are a little dry and Hell's Fried Chicken fits somewhere in between. What makes them more interesting than the others is the different spice profile used in the breading. Can put a name to the taste, but different. Again, not as tender as Cane's, but much plumper pieces. Fries are pretty pedestrian waffle version and toast, is toast. The standout was the coleslaw. Nice flavor and creamy. My wife really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Not as magnificent as Popeye's, but really, what chicken sandwich is? Because of COVID, we did this to go and even though we live close, the meal got a little cold. This is the perfect food to eat-in. When the pandemic ends, we're trying this again. I suspect it will be better!

They advertise themselves as a Korean Fried Chicken spot, but honestly its just a ritzy KFC. They have changed their menu since my first visit which actually made it worse, you have to pay extra for things that used to be included, and they changed their combos. They used to have curly fries which were so good and now they are regular wedges. you used to be able to get mac and cheese bites INCLUDED with your combo, now its $2 extra. They also dont give you the option to get ranch or blue cheese. Unless management decides to change it up again i wont be back. They messed up my order on my first visit and so i gave them another chance and the second time i found what appeared to be an undercooked tender so i think im done with this. Their sauces were really good but all in all save your money and go to popeyes down the street :)

It was so exciting to finally try this chicken place! I found it really comparable in taste go chick filet, but I liked the sauces a little more because they were spicy. I also thought the system made sense here- you walk in and order from a list of chicken meals, pay, get a number and wait to be called. It's fast, organized and efficient. I ordered the chicken sandwhich- which was huge. It was moist and tasted great. I mixed the spicy sauce and barbecue sauce and put it on my sandwich. It came with a drink, a side and curly fries, all for $7.65. It was extremely filling and delicious! The vibe inside was good too. It's got an industrial look and does not come with kids running everywhere like Chic filet lol. Its also near Case's campus, which is convenient for students. Finally, the staff was really nice! I think we accidentally sat in the break area...? I don't know, but they were nice about it and we had a good conversation.

Hubby and I picked up dinner from here. Chicken VERY tender and tasty!

Chicken was tender and tasty. Picked up rather than dined in. Staff masked-up and clear plastic shield between customers and employees. Hope they keep the shields in the After-Times. Would be handy every cold and flu season.

The more I've eaten here now the less excited I am. The chicken is getting drier and the crust is getting harder. Yes, it is Korean style and the crispy outer coating is supposed to be crispier but it is almost always hard to the point of disappointing and not easy to bite into like beloved KFC meat. The toast pieces I got tonight weren't the usual thick Texas style bread either. They were simply white bread slices toasted and it was really dry and again a disappointment.

Kinda disappointed they didn't greet us with, " Welcome to Hell," but their customer service and delicious food made up for it. Super polite employee took our order. Since we were first timers he was patient and informative. We received our meal and were on the shuttle back to our hotel in under 15 minutes. We highly recommend this location for great service and great food.

The cashier whispered that he should say it is CBD-only flower to avoid getting anyone in trouble...yikes. Anyways, if you can temporarily ignore the total circus environment this place is in then you will experience the best fried chicken and biscuits I've ever had in my life. That's right- out of all of the myriad fried poultry and biscuits from sit down to drive through I've had in my 28 years, this gas station stuff is THE BEST. I've gone three days in a row now and I'm hooked. The thighs and legs are $1.79 ($1.75?) each and the breasts are $2.79 per. Each piece is crispy, crunchy, and hot yet super juicy! Nothing dry here ever. The barbecue sauce is a horrific pinkish red concoction of what must be some sort of depot barbecue sauce tainted with hot sauce and should be avoided at all costs. The biscuits come in honey butter coated regular flavor or glazed blueberry. I normally avoid biscuits and cornbread and the like in general because they always just seem to serve no purpose other than to dry my mouth out and crumble all over everything. These biscuits are DIVINE. They have a slightly crispy outer surface with not moist yet not at all dry interior and are covered in a most sinfully delicious honey butter glaze. They are absolutely ungodly good. The banana pudding in a nearby grab and go cooler is inexplicably $3.99 which is too expensive for a small container even thought it is a nice texture and taste owing to cream cheese in the ingredient list. The cake slices are large and for the same price aren't bad- not dry but not as moist as I'd like either although frosting isn't skimpy. The $1.99 cheesecake slices are to be forgotten. I wrestled with whether to let the cat out of the bag in sharing this gem in the ghetto, but it truly is worth all the business it gets and much more.

Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The manager was explaining they make everything fresh and offered to answer any questions I had. I took a look at the specials then decided on a two piece crispy tenders meal. It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. It would have been better warmed. The cookie: sooooo good. Because I was being nice, I gave my kid a piece, but next time I will eat it in the car before I get home, like the pros do.

I have been lucky enough to eat at some amazing restaurants in North America and throughout Europe…read more I really wanted to leave a great review for this local restaurant... I really wanted to. Since a number of our friends have been to this establishment and left great reviews, I really wanted to do the same. I really wanted to. However, I'm struggling to do so. It started with our table not being ready yet, no worries there, we understand. The host took us to a lovely little alcove and sat the four of us down and we were quickly approached by the Sommelier. This establishment obviously takes their wine very seriously, almost to the point of being pretentious. But not all of us are wine drinkers. Due to an allergy to sulfites. When we looked at the list of available mixed drinks, nothing really appealed... So my wife asked for a simple vodka and tonic. She was informed that that was not one of the "APPROVED" drinks that they offered. What !?! They have vodka, they have tonic... Why can't we get what we want? When my friend requested an IPA he was informed that IPAs don't pair well with the food offerings, consequently, they do not have that option. Frankly, shouldn't that be HIS decision what he feels pairs with HIS palette and not the restaurants? Just a bit pretentious. Did I mention I really wanted to write a great review? So we sucked it up and ordered two glasses of overpriced white wine ($18 for a glass of mediocre wine) and two of the "approved" drinks offered. At this point, I'd like to state that the service we received other than the initial pretension exhibited by the wine Sommelier, was amazing. Our waiter was attentive and well trained and the support staff made sure that our water glasses were filled. Thankfully, I can leave a great review with regards to them. Now to the food... the dumpling sampler was delicious. The four of us ordered the ribs, the duck, the beef and I ordered the Dan Dan noodles. Honestly, almost all of the dishes were deliciously prepared, albeit a bit modest on the quantity of food presented. Our waiter initially suggested that these could be shared... I'm not sure how we would do that with the smaller plates offered as entrées. My noodles, however, came out as a solid chunk of over microwaved noodles, the kind that you get if you forget to take your Costco ramen out of the microwave in time. It was a solid block of dried out noodles. I was about to call our waiter over and ask that they give it another shot. When out of the corner of my eye I saw my wife giving me "the look", don't make it a thing her eyes said to me. So I took my chopsticks and pried the noodles apart, and tried to mix them with the sauce as best as I could. So to summarize; *A little too pretentious on the whole drink thing. I think they're trying too hard. *Service was great *Three out of four entrees were a success * $17 for a mixed drink is pricey but doable, $18 for mediocre wine not so much. As I mentioned, I really wanted to leave a good review... sadly other than the waiter and the support staff I find it difficult to do. Thank you

I visited because of the hype and was left very disappointed. I ordered Original Fish & Chips (with 3 pieces of fish), mozzarella sticks, and Lemon Luv fried pie. I opened my Fish & Chips order just to see it. The order was short 1 piece of fish (only two pieces were in the to go container). When I brought this up to the staff, they very closely inspected it. Then stated that the third fish is under the fries and that I must move my fries around to see it. I didn't want to touch my food with dirty hands. Upon checking later there was no third piece of fish. Every item in the meal was disappointing. Chips (which are fries) were tasteless. Hash browns were too overcooked on the outside and strangely hollow on the inside. Mozzarella sticks tasted really over fried. Fish tasted very oily. The lemon pie looked like it had been through a lot, and didn't resemble lemon. I really wanted to like the food but it was just bad. Food was up fairly quickly. The location is a pick up location only without drive thru or tables. It is just one big open area. The eatery is located across from the high school, next to a recently demolished/burned building, and very close to the traffic lights. It is hard to navigate in and out of this location. It is especially congested during the day. The parking lot is very tiny, and has limited amount of space to move around. It also has a huge pothole right in the middle. If you'll venture out to this location, I recommend parking in the local parking garage and walking to this location. I would also suggest visiting in the evening when it is less busy to ensure a better experience.
