TERRIBLE SERVICE. So I went here after work since I was I get and I went p to the worker and said can I get a 3 finger combo. And the worker said to me We ran out of chicken. And I said how are you out of chicken and he said I don't want to sell chicken and I said then dont work here and he said fine we will get you a 3 finger combo here is a cup to pick your drink and I got a lemonade and it was so warm I told a different worker and she said okay. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS. When I went to sit down the table is dirty. And the place is disgusting. We like Raising Canes but they never get the order right in Avon so we'll just stick with Chick Fil-A in Westlake from now on. Too many other food choices where they do get your order correct! I ordered a 4 piece box which comes with slaw and deleted the toast and chose extra slaw and did not receive. My wifes 3 piece order I deleted toast and chose slaw for her as well. I am disappointed. Not about the employees or this specific location but here I am talking to the canes corporation. What happened to the size portions. To put it in perspective, I used to use one ketchup packet per chicken finger and now I can use one packet per two fingers. Fix this canes smh. Love that we have a Cane's closer to home and super convenient to be near so much shopping. Their food is delicious. I love the Texas toast. The drink machine was not working so they had to get our drinks behind the counter. The food seemed to take a bit of time to be ready. We were in the dining room with almost no one in there, but the drive thru was pretty long. We ordered it for there and they packed everything up in a bag, so we had to dig everything out and open it all up. read more

Went here for lunch today; it was okay. The problem I have with Cnes is regardless of when you do take out, the crispiness of the tenders, fries, and Texas toast is not up to par. So, when I go back home, which is fairly close by, I use my air fryer and toaster to heat it up and increase its crispiness and then it becomes delicious. Additionally, the tenders specifically are very greasy in comparison to Slim Chickens, which hardly has any grease. Because of that, Canes will never be as good as what I get at Slim. Food was great as usual but OMG the cashier (Enrique) was soooo high I was getting a contact buzz just from him speaking to me. I swear he must have gotten baked in his car on break with all the windows up. I have never in my life been assualted with a smell like that. Okay, so this location just opened is pretty much brand new. Nice building and inside seating. My wife decided to try it. Parking lot was jammed and drive-thru busy. First impression walking in, only one person at register and everyone in there is scrambling to fill orders for the drive-thru window, which again, was busy. My wife stood in sort of a line to order, but no system to keep customers in some kind of first come / first served order. There were 5 groups waiting to order, but none knew if the other already ordered, or waiting for an order already placed. Second impression, the place was unkept. Not dirty, but just messy. Crumbs on the tables and chairs, straw-rappers on the floor, that sort of thing. Anyone eating inside had to first wipe of their table and chairs. The food itself was good. Chicken was cooked just right and it was good, however no special flavor and that "special sauce" was really no big deal. We also thought the fries were "waaaay" over-salted and heard others around us saying the same. Final Verdict: Will order food from here again, but next time will most likely heading there for take-out. read more
