We spent about 3 or so hours playing & exploring. It's really meant for younger ages,probably up until about 10-11. My son is going to be 11 next week & loved it because he loves dinosaurs, digging & science. Not sure i would go out of my way to go back, only because we don't live locally but if we lived in fresno I would consider getting a membership. They have a lot of great programs throughout the week which would be great for school field trips or homeschooling co-ops.

We have an almost 5 and and almost 2 year old, and the play areas were perfect for them. They both really liked the climbing areas and slides, the ball pit, and the toys. Also, the cafe has activities on some days, like crafting, which is included and fun. The coffee and snacks are just so/so, but otherwise, our kids love it and so do we. i went on wednesday night with a group that included 2 kiddos (age 4 and 10). it was everyone's…read morefirst time and we didn't have any expectations, but it turned out to be really fun. the golf course is halloween themed with scary props, zombies and ghosts that jump out, spook or sing. luckily, these kiddos weren't scared. the lil one was distracted but we were all able to play. there are 16 holes total and you can score points online by scanning a QR code. everyone got a club appropriate for their size and got to choose a colored ball. the course starts off simple and then gets more clever and challenging. there's also some arcade games and an air hockey table out front. the arcade games are mostly racing or shooting games. the plus is that it's free/included with admission (except for the pinball machine and claw machine games. however, some games were old or broken. a bonus plus is that they allowed ins and outs as long as we had a receipt. we played for an hour and paused midway to step out and grab food. we came back an hour later and were able to continue golfing. overall, a fun wholesome night. the golf course is dimly lit and can get chilly. kids under a certain age are free. admission is priced separately for adults and kids. plenty of parking.

The zoo was much easier to navigate as it was not as spread out as LA Zoo. The highlight of our trip was definitely the giraffe feeding experience with my granddaughter. It was such a special and memorable moment! We also really enjoyed the orangutan exhibit watching them swing and chase each other was so much fun. The stingray experience was another favorite, and we were pleasantly surprised to see nurse sharks in the exhibit as well. These two experiences were an additional charge. The elephant family was absolutely adorable, especially the two little elephants. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious their roaming area is. Prices were a little higher than expected. Overall, it was a wonderful visit with lots of memorable experiences. We'll definitely be back!
